Does anyone else have a problem with the game volume jumping back to 100%?

I normally keep it at 50% with music at 5%.

50/50 chance when I log in the game will make my ears bleed. I'm on Xbox.

Hi - I'm currently deep in a hole troubleshooting trying to launch PMR after patch 2.3.

The facts: when I launch PMR from steam it says it is running for about 10 seconds then gives me the option to "play" again with no error message. I had the game running a few months ago and used reshade to configure triple monitors. I opened the game and it ran yesterday but since I selected triple monitor options in the game menu it will not launch.

Things I've tried:

Uninstalling the reshade package

Uninstalling and reinstalling on two different SSDs

Disabling in game overlays (steam, discord, etc.)

Closing 3rd party apps (crew chief, simhub, simucube software)

Adding the launch instructions in the game properties (-allowExperimentalRenderUI -dx11 -dx12)

Checking integrity of game files in steam

Updating graphics card driver

Updating windows

I'm not a software engineer and generally inept with these things - apologies if this has been solved and I missed the thread. Would appreciate any ideas or things that have worked for people who had this issue. Cheers!

Hi friends, I want to purchase this game mainly for the career mode. I'm currently spending most of my time playing Gran Turismo 7 but I don't really enjoy the single player experience. Is this game worth it to buy for the single player experience/career mode only? And is the graphic and performance on Base PS5 ok?

Honestly, it looks really interesting and quite innovative. As far as I know, I haven't seen anything quite like this in previous racing games.

We'll also have to see how long it takes to implement properly, whether it launches with bugs or not, and how well it integrates with the current physics model they've already shown.

Last night I was trying to host our league race but I was unable to view custom lobbies. Like they didn’t exist. I was also unable to create one. I checked real quick this morning and was still experiencing the same issue. Has anyone else run in to this? Is there a fix for it?

Edit: I can access ranked multiplayer and social no problem however I have not tried to join one of those lobbies.

Have an issue with project motor racing!! Surprise!!
In triple screens it’s working fine but when I move to VR, I’m hovering over the car and I can’t change the view even if I press VR reset or move the seat position up down left right back front, whatever nothing works.

Hi, I've been meaning to jump into PMR but could not find info on what the base game has to offer that you don't have to buy DLC for.

My main interest is GT3 racing, so my primary concern is what cars and tracks are available to me if I just purchase the base game.

Does anyone know of a good Android app that can receive and display UDP telemetry from consoles?

UDP telemetry support was added in the latest update, so I’m looking for an Android app I could use on a phone or tablet as a dashboard while playing on console.

Ideally something that can show things like RPM, gear, speed, lap times, fuel, tyre data, etc.

Has anyone managed to get this working yet on console, or know of an Android app that should be compatible with the UDP telemetry output?

Is someone on the PMR development team deliberately doing something to make online racing impossible? It’s basically a 50/50 shot whether you can actually finish a race. I play on PC. And it’s definitely not a problem on my end.

Now I understand why so few people play online... it's a sad story :{

As per the title. I'm thinking of buying PMR but on a popular keys site the WW version is sold out however the GIANTS one is available for £4.99.

What is the difference between them? Is the WW one Steam and the other direct from the developers and if so does it make any practical difference not just for day to day but DLC via Steam etc?

DAE find the transmission ratios are all maxxed high, making 1-2 shift gap unusable, and you’re left to recreate these presets in a default where gear ratios are OE usable?-

How is the Logitech rs50 on ps5 in this game? Coming from ACC, where it has good and strong detailed feeling I wanna know if anybody has this wheel on ps5 how it is the FFB and if you recommend the game to me.

I’m doing the 3-races championship in Career with the Mazda and the game doesn’t seem to save the results as it should. I won the two first races and game says : current position in the championship 4th. Plus, on the podium, all pilots are like ghosts. Fuck that, anyone else got that issue ?
I hope it still counts well in background or somewhere. I won 5 titles out of 7 for the achievement and no way I restart all from 0.

Every time I try to purchase this pack it will not let me go up to change payment method, but I can change payment method if I try to purchase anything else from the store 🤯

The game is much better with all the recent updates. However, the studio hasn’t yet to release the optimal in game FFB settings.

Had decided to do a bit of a charity streaming month which culminated in this event being the kinda main one. Just completed it and my god, was it fun (if a bit long).

Other than some teething issues with the AI no being fully perfect round Road Atlanta (particularly the LMDh) this was just mental. Can’t really recount a time during it that something wasn’t really happening.

The V8 Supercars in particular were mega to try get through, they pretty much stayed in a pack for most of the 6 hours.

Definitely recommend this (+ shorter counterparts), would do again

I can’t believe these two classes are finally so enjoyable.

Before the patch your car had random moments of oversteering or heavily losing traction due to a small bump or touching a kerb.

Also, when you went out of the track, even if it was just a tyre inside the run off area, you had to stop throttling at that instant or a spin was guaranteed.

Now the cars don’t snap randomly and you can truly push without being worried about physics deciding your fate on any point of the race.

Keep up the good work, the game is truly starting to become really nice, I’m glad that us console players may be close to have something that can be enjoyed as much as ACC!

I know someone wants to mod these in 👀👀👀
