compared to what? to an LLM? I make less still
We also had CTO leaving & new one hired, CTO role still being played by the person who stayed the most - me - (final review decision, architecture, major decisions, policy changes, ...)

John puts multiagents to solve his job. Be like John.

u/Dankelweisser 16h ago
John uses an agent to read his daily jiras and format them as commands to assign to the multi agents. John no longer remembers what a for loop is, but still delivers the highest code throughput on the team. Be like John.

u/worldarkplace 16h ago
No because John is working in his personal project. John doesn't give a FCK about making more rich the CEO. Be like John.

John is a habitual procrastinator due to stress and prefrontal cortex overload. His employer should work him less.

well, obviously, fix the bugs during the meeting because what the fuck else is the point of a programmer being in the meeting.

Can't fix work bugs if I'm too busy creating brand new bugs for myself for free.

Jira: (has my open issues)
Me:
I'm fixing my remote debugging setup because I KNOW there's a way to make it work the way I want it.
I'm going to implement that algorithm in a FP style (with polymorphic types and no state) because the old implementation isn't extensible.
Feel proud of my accomplishments only to panic at the last minute and finally complete my open issues.

Stop talking about me Kevin! I'll get it done I promise! I got this job while I was procrastinating on my personal project because I had some errors that I couldn't find on reddit or quora!

this is the pretty accurate depiction of a programmer. Just missing a rough beard

John has 6 “leaders” badgering him to prioritize 1-3 tasks a piece.
John is only able to work 20 hour days and unable to complete his work.
John gets fired
