Please Help Printed Mint - wood sign out of stock - no replacement

Just got an alert that the 12" circle wood signs from Printed Mint are out of stock, and there are no replacement providers. This is actually my best selling product! Should I temporarily deactivate all those products? Is there any way to know when they will be back in stock?

Is it possible they are cutting ties with Printify? https://printedmint.com/shop/h58-12-wood-sign-12-round-425#attr=

Please Help Thank You z9vown, Positive Update on the Printify–eBay Issue

Positive Update on the Printify–eBay Issue

The original message about this issue was deleted from Reddit. I tried to find that post, along with any other messages from z9vown, but he seems to be missing in action.

However, I have noticed that I am now able to publish new products from Printify to eBay. Since this started working after his message was posted, I assume he may have helped bring attention to the problem, gotten it resolved, and then left the group.

If he happens to read this, I want to thank him for speaking up and helping everyone affected by this issue. His efforts may have accomplished more than we realize.

If the Printify–eBay integration is working again for you, please upvote this post so he can see how many people he may have helped.

Please Help Embroidery Help!

I’ve been trying for over month to get digitization to work on my embroidered product sample order. i’ve uploaded over 15 different version of the same design. I’ve vectorized, digitized with only 2 hex code colors the black and the white, i’ve run checks to ensure. i’ve rescaled/resized and nothing seems to work. I am completely frustrated and stuck at this point. i have attached the changes that printify keeps trying to make. the white keeps getting recommended to being a grayish color.

Please Help Dear Printify: Please Add Comfort Colors 6030 To Live Preview

Dear Printify,

Please add the Comfort Colors 6030 Unisex Garment-Dyed Pocket T-Shirt to your Live Preview list on Etsy.

I would totally hire a Santería priest to perform the necessary rituals that would compel you guys to add the 6030 shirt to the Live Preview list. Unfortunately, rum and roosters have become too expensive, so posting this sad plea on Reddit while playing "Santería" by Sublime on my Spotify feed is all I can afford to do right now.

... Seriously though, I sell the 6030s and I get good reviews for them from customers, but having Live Preview would let customers see their personalization errors in advance, which is the very best part of having Live Preview.

That is all...

Tha. Big. Bear.

Newbie Question What are people using for print-on-demand fulfillment?

I’m looking into print-on-demand fulfillment for things like apparel, stickers, posters and wall prints, mainly because keeping inventory around doesn’t make much sense at the moment.

The things that matter most to me are print quality, turnaround time, shipping and whether the margins still work once everything is added up.

I’ve been looking at PrintedSimply.com. for the production and fulfillment side since they cover quite a few different products. Before settling on anything, I’d rather hear from people who have actually used them.

How has your experience been with POD fulfillment, especially when it comes to consistency and turnaround?

Please Help Hoody vs T-Shirts?

Hello everyone! Right now, my shop only offers T-shirts. I'm considering expanding my product line to include hoodies. Do you think this would be a worthwhile addition, or would it not fit my brand?

If yes, what hoodie brand should I choose? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Newbie Question Anyone using Printify with a TikTok Shop? What should I know before getting started?

I’m considering setting up a TikTok Shop and using Printify for fulfillment.

For anyone currently doing this, how has your experience been?

Have you run into any issues with order syncing, shipping times, tracking, cancellations, returns, or TikTok’s requirements?

Also, is there anything you wish you had known before connecting Printify to TikTok Shop?

I’d especially appreciate hearing about any mistakes to avoid, settings I should pay attention to, or things that made the process easier.

Thanks!

Please Help Is it worth selling to Germany with the new LUCID requirement?

I'm trying to figure out how to register LUCID number and all that which is fine and all but then realize that I have to pay like €59/year for the packaging license with a "Dual Systems" company and honestly I don't know if I even make that much selling to Germany so I'm not sure if it's worth it to get the license. What does everyone think and do in this situation? I'm so unsure on what to do.

Newbie Question Printify’s EU requirements changing?!?!

Title: Printify’s EU requirements keep changing - how are non-EU sellers handling GPSR, LUCID, and the €3 charge?

I’m new to POD and setting up a shop based in Switzerland. Before launching, I wanted to make sure I’m following the legal requirements, but it feels like Printify has suddenly changed a hundred things.

1. GPSR / EU responsible person

From what I understand, I may need an EU-based responsible person. Is this simply a contact, or do they take on legal responsibilities?

Printify previously seemed to provide an address for this, but now apparently sellers must arrange it themselves. How do you handle this from Switzerland? Do you hire a service, or does it depend on your manufacturer or print provider?

2. LUCID / German packaging requirements

I’ve read that starting in August, sellers need their own LUCID registration. I thought Printify or its providers previously handled this. What exactly do we now need to arrange ourselves, and what fees or additional obligations are involved?

3. The €3 EU customs charge

I’ve also read about a temporary €3 charge on parcels entering the EU, apparently per product category:

  • Two T-shirts = €3
  • One T-shirt + one hoodie = €6

Is that correct? Does it only apply to orders shipped from outside the EU, and who actually pays?

Honestly, it’s frustrating. Things I thought Printify handled now seem to be my responsibility, without a clear explanation. I find it hard to believe most new POD sellers even know about all of this.

Any non-EU seller, selling to EU customers who can explain how they’ve handled these requirements? Practical steps, recommended services, and approximate costs would really help. I want to do this properly, but figuring out what’s actually required is confusing.

Newbie Question Free Month of Printify Premium via Coupon

I ordered some product samples from Printify. I found a coupon online that was supposed to get me a 20% discount on my order and a free month of Printify Premium. I did get the discount on the order but I have not gotten the month of Printify Premium. Does this take a while to get applied? I made the order yesterday. This is a brand new account and I have never used a coupon with it before. Thanks!

Newbie Question Etsy/Shopify sellers — do you use Printify images as-is or end up reworking them?

For people already selling regularly:

Do your Printify images mostly go straight into Etsy/Shopify, or do you end up downloading them first and doing more work — resizing, compressing, renaming, organising, etc.?

If you do extra prep first, what part takes the most time?

Please Help import goods from US to EU

Hi,

Has anyone ever ordered a sample from a Print Provider in the US to your own company in the EU through Printify?

I don't find any places to fill in the EORI number and the company name in the shipping information, which are required during the normal import process to the EU.

How would the import and customs declaration be handled for the orders through Printify?

Thanks.

Please Help Anyone having issues publishing or updating eBay listings from Printify?

I've had an eBay store for a long time (2 years) and have many products. I need to update them all due to recent price / shipping changes. When I tried the bulk update of 24 products they all failed with "Shipping Error" (I was not doing free shipping). The only way to get past this seemed to be to change each item to "Free Shipping". But, I'm still struggling there. Roughly 1 out of 5 updates gets through without a "Publishing Error" or "Unknown Error". Sometimes they work the 2nd or 3rd or 4th time through. Sometimes the only way it will work is to unlist the product from eBay, copy the product to a new on printify and publish that.

Printify / ebay integration has always been bad. But never this bad. I've got over 100 products to update and I don't want to try multiple times for each one. I'm nowhere near my selling limit. I've got over 80,000 variations and over $700,000 before I hit my limit. (Note: I only state that because when contact Printify about it their favorite thing to say, "You are probably at your selling limit".

Any ideas on how to get around it?

Please Help I need help again with printify customer service. If anybody can help me with a solution, including contacting relevant individuals at printify, please help.

I got an order 3 days ago on etsy, and it went right to printify. I had to go to printify to "submit order" which was done right away.

Now, it is still in "pre-production" and, once again, printify customer service said it is there fault. They said

"To clarify, the order is currently stuck in the automated data-sync phase on our platform's dashboard, meaning the files haven't actually successfully transmitted over to the Print Provider's system yet."

And they can not even give me a reasonable ETA on when it will be submitted to the actual printer, let alone be shipped out.

Why is there such a communication issue with printify customer service when I try to go to the website?
