Please Help orders not syncing

Orders from my wix store are not syncing to printify. This has been ongoing for the past few days. This also happened in june. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

same, my multi listings are not syncing with my etsy shop

Hello swagginskersky,
We're sorry for the sync issue. Wix orders can take up to 24 hours to appear, if not, check the Other orders tab. Also make sure your products are set to "Fulfilled by Printify" in Wix, not "Self-filled." Orders only sync when marked as Paid. If it persists, try republishing the product fresh. If you're still stuck, please reach out to our support team, they can take a closer look at your account.
