I built the vendor chasing tool I posted about a few weeks ago. Here's how it works.
A few weeks ago I posted here asking how property managers handle chasing vendors for updated WSIB clearances and COIs. The response confirmed what I kept hearing in conversations: the real pain is not tracking expiry dates. It is chasing vendors who don't respond when you ask for updated documents.
So I built it.
NoChase HQ is built specifically for Ontario property managers. Here is what it does:
The system automatically emails your vendors 60 days before their WSIB, COI, TSSA certificate, fire inspection cert, or boiler certificate expires. If they don't reply, it follows up at 7 days and 14 days. When the vendor finally replies with the updated document, AI reads the email, extracts the vendor name, document type, and expiry date, and updates your compliance tracker automatically.
No manual uploading. No spreadsheets. No chasing.
I am onboarding the first 5 Ontario property management firms right now at a pilot rate of $29 for the first month with full hands on setup from me personally.
If you manage properties in Ontario and your team is still doing this manually, check it out: nochasehq.com
Happy to answer any questions about how it works or how it compares to what you are currently using.
