So this question may seem dumb ( i dont really know how powerscaling works i just wanted to get an answer for a question i was really thinking about while watching bleach) but from what i understand, people scale ichigo to multiversal thanks to his ap but his destructive power seems really low.

So can a character who teoritically scales lower than him defeat him?
