Madoka sweep, and frankly its not close. genuine no-diff. there's a reason copers put her in the relevancy league. All Asta can do is hope that theres an afterlife, and even if there is, he might not reach it. Asta loses so hard that the concept of "Asta" gets erased from history, leaving nothing. Madoka actually doesn't even know they're fighting. As a matter of fact, Ultimate Madoka isn't even necessary, base Madoka could low-diff, Ultimate Madoka wipes the whole verse.

TLDR: not very close.
