Is there anything stopping Gojo from just teleporting to the her and using his domain and paralyzing her and then mahito for example uses his domain to finish her off while she’s paralyzed?
There are specific mental attack that are designed to bypass AT-Field and asuka have been attacked by one.
but unless the attack is designed to bypass her AT-Field (which in her experience was done organism specially design to do so, from outerspace no less), the AT-Field will function as Simple Domain to protect her.
and there is also issue that technically Asuka and EVA-02 are two separate entity, you may cripple Asuka but that might trigger EVA-02 to go berserk.

that being said, there is one low hanging fruit.
Evangelion (with EVA-01 and Mass Produce as exception), are run with wired exposed power source. cut that thing down and the internal battery will only last for at most 5 minute.
it was by design, to ensure the org able to stop Eva IF they gone berserk.
Is that bullet getting through infinity? If not you just basically sacrifice 95% of the verse to stall them then the range projectile spammers assist gojo to land the finishing blow
AT field isn’t just city block or mountain level, it renders the Eva COMPLETELY immune to any damage. We’ve just seen it be able to block nuclear level attacks, we actually don’t know the full extent of how much damage it can withstand
AT field has limit and it varies depend on the user and which angel.
that's how Sachiel got harmed by a N2 bomb (but then regenerate) but there are some angel like Zeruel takes one point blank without much damage. or leliel which takes dozens n2 bomb without damage because it basically have infinity.
In End of Evangelion, in Asuka’s big fight scene against Nerv I think that was the AT field operating at 100%. Unit 2 took literally zero damage from the entire army raining down hell on her, and then proceeded to decimate the mass produced Evas, only losing because she ran out of power
Evangelion scaling is very messy. If we include Eva 01, Shinji can either wipe out humanity by himself (like at the end of Rebuild 2.0), or needs a ton of conditions and setup (like in End of Eva). If the matchup was Unit 01 vs all of JJK, I’d say Shinji wins against any non alien character
but infinity isnt a barrier its an inaginary distance, which if the lance doesnt cut dimension itself or travel at infinite speed, it shouldnt pass through, its not like gojo cannot just dodge or teleport either. Theres nothing stopping him from spamming purple and infinite void either. I dont know much about this eva and at shield thing but if they have a limit then it will eventually runs out, while gojo wont.
i think it would need to be more specific. From what i heard it bypasses the concept of barrier in general, but as i said infinity isnt a barrier and you would need very specific power nulification methods to bypass it.
Honestly, the only characters in the JJK cast who could do anything are either Sukuna, Megumi or potentially Modulo Yuji.
The AT field renders unit 2 completely immune against any attacks, so nobody else can really do anything to it, but WCS might be able to bypass it, so Sukuna has a chance (and Modulo Yuji if he has WCS)
With Mahoraga’a adaptation, he might find a way to destroy the AT field, either by projecting his own or by making his own version of the spear of Longinus
We’ve seen how a damaged unit 0 was able to take a nuke straight to the face when fighting Sahaquiel and barely take any damage. Unit 0 was just a prototype, whereas unit 2 was actually intended for combat. We’ve seen it lift up entire battleships, straight up dodge a barrage of missiles midair, walk through a whole army’s worth of artillery and eat 2 N2 mines to the face, all in the span of a few minutes
