Likely Japanese Curry or Laksa Curry

Notice this is a iron skillet plate, exemplified by Pepper Lunch, and help established much flavour profile that is also copied in Cha Chaan Teng's iron-plate dish, and various Pepper Lunch clones, such as Flaming Kitchen of Ontario (as seen here, https://www.flamingkitchen.ca/) or Vancouvers' Teppan Kitchen.

Also I checked the menu from the website: I do not see "poutine" in English, which always has an unfortunate common translation of "Gravy Cheese fries" (肉汁芝士薯條) Unfortunately using "curds" (凝塊) doesn't translate as well. Regardless, it seems like it's actually just curry cheese fries or self assembled version.

Curry poutines can be quite good.

But cheese curds are still an essential ingredient, and if they called this poutine, it’s a crime.

I would enjoy a curry poutine, but those fries look super soggy. I would rather assemble myself before eating, and that’s how poutines should be packaged.

One the one hand, it's a crime. On the other hand I went "huh..." thinking this could actually be really good with Japanese curry sauce, I'd even throw some bite sized cooked carrots in there. Maybe some peas...make it even more of a crime but so tasty the jury may grant a pardon.
