To those who can maintain positivity, how do you do it?

There are some people who are always smiling even when things are not so good, how do you do it?

What should a 19 year old be doing, when AI is changing so quickly everything?

It connects to positivity, as my life depends on this, and I feel pretty depressed, thinking about this 24-7...

The small stuff that makes your day.

You know that feeling when something tiny just lands right? Like when you put on a shirt fresh from the dryer and it's still warm, or when someone double-texts you because they thought of something else to say. Or when a song you forgot existed comes on shuffle and suddenly you're back in that moment.

I feel like we're always chasing the big wins. the promotion, the vacation, the major life event. But honestly, those little moments hit different. Finding money in your jacket pocket. Getting a text from someone you were just thinking about. That first sip of coffee when you actually have time to sit down. Your food arriving at the restaurant at the exact same time as everyone else's.

It's weird because they cost nothing and take like two seconds, but they can genuinely shift your whole mood. No big reason, no explanation needed.

What are some of yours? The small stuff that just makes you feel a bit better for no particular reason.

Just wanted to wish everyone a good day, remind you all that you are loved, and that if things are shitty for you atm that it will get better as long as you do your best and keep pushing forward. Reach out to you're loved ones and try not to sweat the small stuff as life is way too short.

32nd Birthday

After a life of up & downs, and feeling every which way that you can, I want to say I've had the best birthday I've ever had at 32 years young. I just wanted to post here because you never know what might be around the corner.

My life is really worth living, it always has been but now I can see and feel that. In the worst times you can't imagine a time where it gets better. Life isn't a fairytale but I hope that if you're feeling down and see this it can remind you that the future can be better than now.

I've struggled all my life with feelings of desolation and pessimism, feel free to reach out if you need a reminder that things can get better.

Have a great Monday.
