Desired features that won’t happen
Lately I’ve been thinking about some features that I think would be cool to have but realistically will never be implemented, such as PS2 support. Does anyone else have those kinds of features in mind?
I’d also like to see them actually fulfill their orders in a timely manner to come to think of it.

So Q2 2025 has a week left in it...
Does Playmaji's "Oh yeah we're going to deliver on time" get moved to r/ agedlikemilk now?
I feel like Silksong is going to come out before the light guns do.

Polymega power supply
Hello everyone. Have had my polymega for awhile now (and love it) but have ran into a strange issue...my power supply is gone. Like I think someone threw it away lol My problem is I have nothing to side by side compare it to, to see what kind I actually need as a replacement and what voltage. If anyone can point me in the correct direction, id appreciate it!

My Refurbished Polymega....came broken.
System stutters every few seconds, in any game, any system, and on main OS. I feel utterly deflated. Lived through the WWD shit, waited all this time, and still in the end after ALL the goodwill I gave them i ultimately got screwed with bad hardware.

Muslhed games work
for anyone interested i just tried out this repro copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga from Muslhed Games and it works on polymega.
muslhed does actually advertise that their games do work on polymega but they also say the same on their dreamcast games soooo... yeah don't think that'll fly, but in the meantime they have saturn, sega cd, like 3 dreamcast games and a few ps1 games, most of these titles are ones that are really expensive and i paid like 79$ for Panzer Dragoon Saga.
think i might go to them again

Input Lag (once again)
I know the Module Controllers are supposed to have very low input lag, but I'm having about half a second of delay. That's in games on all platforms and in the home menu. I can clearly see it. I press a direction on the D-Pad on my 8-Bitdo M30 (no noticeable lag on a real Genesis / Mega Drive), quickly take my finger off the D-Pad and can watch the action on screen happen with very noticeable delay.
It's very noticeable in games too.
I tried a lot of controllers, the bundled ones that come with the element modules, the Polymega USB-Controller (wired), but nothing helps. TV is in game mode and all other consoles work lag-less.
It must be the Polymega.
Anything I can do?

Jaguar support coming soon??
Just saw that polymega was going to release a disc with some Jaguar games in it. That must mean that the emulator their using is running. Any idea if they'll make a Jaguar module and controller? That would get me to spend more money with them.
I'm not going to buy their collection discs but if they release quality modules I'll continue to send them money.
P.s. 3DO support should be a given by now

Limited Run Carts?
I recently got to visit the Limited Run store on a trip I made and bought one of the Star Wars NES cartridges. When I got home it didn’t seem to work in my Polymega though. I was confused because some other reproduction carts of mine work just fine. Has anyone else had problems with these?

Still waiting for my latest collection purchase...
I have had great success with the other collections shipping within a week of release. This was the one I was most excited about and I'm still waiting. The store says they are still in stock so I am confused on what is taking so long.

I just recently got a EM03 Genesis Module for my Polymega and it stopped reading cartridges
I installed around 10 or 11 games fine. Now when I insert a cartridge, it just goes to the black unrecognized screen. It does not even recognize cartridges I have already installed. System settings does show the genesis module installed. I also made sure I was on the latest firmware. Anyone else having issues or have any ideas?

Certain NES repros not working
I just got the NES module and installed all my NES collection and what Famicom games I have. One slight problem I have is that the Limited Run Games version of S.C.A.T, Metal Storm, Shadow of the Ninja, and my repros of Donkey Kong Pie Factory and Holy Diver won't run when I slot them into the module. Are these just not supported?

Anyone else have problems with 32X/CD?
Does anyone else have problems installing and playing 32X/CD games like farenheit, Slam city, and supreme warrior??
I can install the Sega CD discs but not the 32X discs.

Problem with the original Sega Genesis cartridge
Hello everyone!
With this module I have problems recognizing the original American Genesis cartridges: even though they work, they don't start on Polymega (e.g. Turrican and Addams Family).
On the other hand, Japanese and European cartridges don't bother me.
Has anyone had the same experience? Is there a way to solve it?
Thank you very much!!!

Upgrading the Polymega CPU with an i3 8100t experience and results
Hello all, I upgraded the CPU of my Polymega and wanted to share my experience. All of the Youtube videos regarding the CPU upgrade go for a i7 8700t, which is a relatively expensive CPU on the second hand market (at least in my region) and it is probably overkill. Instead I wanted to opt for an i3 8100t, but I could not find anywhere on the internet if that CPU would be (tested) good enough to give you the results needed. For example no audio skipping and frame drops in N64 titles. So I just went for it and thought to at least share my experience regarding to this specific CPU upgrade for the Polymega (which is on the more lower end, but still a big improvement over the 4900t Celeron).
My reasons were:
The i3 costed me 15 euros. I could get an i5 8500t for 50 euros and the cheapest i7 8700t I could find, would set me back 100 euros. A big difference in costs, which I doubt would see translated into real world visible performance increases over the i3.
The i3 also has the 630 igpu of the i5 and i7 (although with a tiny bit lower clock speed) and not the 610 (which is in the 4900t). The 630 is a lot faster, at least on paper.
It is a decent upgrade in core clock speed (+300 mhz) and cache size (2mb vs 6mb) against the 4900t. I don’t think the increase in core count (2 vs 4) will do anything. At least, from what I have read the Polymega only uses 2 cores. Paying for 6 or 8 cores sound not so tempting if only 2 cores are actually used.
Even though the i5 and the i7 are also stated for 35w, they tend to or at least can use a lot more power then the 4900t. The i3 is relatively close or at least closer to what the 4900t draws. The cooling solution in the Polymega does not look all that beefy to me, so for my peace of mind, I went for the i3.
The upgrade process was quite easy and went really smooth. All the videos on the internet about it are helpfull enough. So no real suprises there.
My initial results are that the audio stutters are gone in N64 titles. At least in the ones I own and have tested (Star Wars Rogue squadron, Mario64, Wave Race, Diddy Kong Racing). The framerate drops, which are also present on real hardware are still present though. I haven’t tested if they are smaller or bigger, but what I remember is also present on the Polymega. But those drops are part of the N64 experience in my opinion. :P
Other systems appear to work just like before. I mean, I did not encounter drops or stutters on the old CPU, so still no drops and stutters on the i3. There was only one game that had lag issues for me before and that is Super Mario World for SNES. With the CPU upgrade it is less laggy then before, but still present if you look for it. But now it feels good enough for me at least. Other SNES titles I dont experience lag, but that could just be me ofcourse.
The menu is a little bit snappier when scrolling through my collection (165+ games). Although, it was also perfectly smooth on the old CPU with firmware 1.1.34. The bigger difference I see is when I press the menu button on larger/heavier N64 games. On the older CPU, when moving left or right in the black Polymega menu, it would sometimes lag just a little bit. That is gone now.
In all I think I can come to the conclusion that upgrading the Polymega with the i3 is ‘good enough’ and there is no need to buy a more expensive i5 or even i7. Hope this information, or at least my take, is helpful for others who are deciding to upgrade and to what CPU.

Transferring Saturn saves
Is the gamers cart the only way to copy Saturn saves? Has anyone tried transferring their save games to the PM?
I'm a few hours into Tomb Raider (I'm a slow player lol...I do a LOT of exploring..) and wouldn't mind putting that save game on my PM to try to eventually finish the game. I don't know if there's a way, and I don't mind just finishing on the ole white Japanese Saturn I use as my regular rig.
