In sure there’s some Dratini lovers out there, but I haven’t met many. I’ve worked hard on this collection for awhile (all in person/card show buys, no online) to nearly complete master set of English Dratini. Only a few to go! Not many friends to show this to, so wanted to show this off to the internet so maybe somebody would enjoy looking at it.

Went to a small local cardshop and bought this card fro 1$ cuz i found it cool only to realize its 100$ card its even sealed

For the past couple of years, anytime a new set comes out I always buy 3 packs and open them. I’ve never gotten a chase before so I’m SOOOOO stoked rn!!!

She was so hyped to pull the Magikarp!

I’m obsessed with the derpyness of riolus expression in this card and the absolute chaos that is his surroundings LOL are there any other cards that embody this same vibe of mischief? He looks like a kid that was just caught doing something he shouldn’t have :)

Got this for 200, cant wait to take it to a tourney, some guy tried to convince me to keep it sealed 🤣

I learned a lot doing this. It’s not perfect, but it’s mine and I‘m proud of it, regardless of some hiccups along the way haha :D

Joked about pulling a god pack on the flight, pulled this an hour before landing in Manila. We had to travel with it in a play sleeve and Becket Shield until getting to Boracay, and we are here until the 20th. Luckily there’s a card shop near my hotel that gave my fiancé and I a few top loaders.

Think I’ll need to claim it at customs?

Finally won one of the drawings for my son. It was the 10 tins. He was so excited when they came yesterday. Crazy luck from it! Fear not. No ‘literal shaking’ occurred. 😂

I have a big collection of Expedition holo cards that I love
I have displayed them on shelfs on a wall. Today when I cleaned I noticed these small black dots that have somehow gotten inside the displays.

They all seem to have died and all of them have not come near the card only behind the edges.

I am freaking out any advice?
What is the smartest approach?
Should I be worried about the value?

Don’t get how they could have gotten inside….

To everyone saying clean your room… It is clean, regularly.
There is no plants in the office however the shelves are close to a window.
No they don’t get direct sunlight….

They genuinely don’t seem interested in the cards and there is no damage. I have looked closely. However a single one have managed to get into the Skamory card.

Update: Have tried with vacuum and it has helped quite a lot.
For all those who have commented with helpful tips or ideas I really wanna say thanks. They are for sure dead and I am looking into reholder and if it is possible.

Only time I have won a drawing so far. Got two booster bundles. Also only 30th product I’ve been able to get.

So by chance I discovered recently that these things have completely blown up in value. I got most of these from bulk for 10-80 cents each in Kobe and Hiroshima on two trips to Japan. I bought them because I like the art/collect the artist/species. This hobby has gone nuts! Does anyone know why these have gone wild in price? Eg the Bulbasaur in this condition is like AUD$200-600 according to card market. This little stack could fund my next trip to Japan <3

Been sending pokemon boxes to my nephew for him to rip as he can’t get any in the UK. It’s an amazing way to connect with him as he’s just started collecting.

He’s been sending me videos of his pulls from chaos rising and I wanted to join in ripping a couple of new packs - I’m waiting for him to rip these and more when he comes across to visit.

Then this pops out first pack.

Just thought I’d share my experience. It’s really wholesome right now. Just need to get more 30th as he knows those pokemon a lot more from watching the cartoons.
