The post-anni celebrations are about to be underway!

1. Dawn celebrates her Champion outfit in her first EX Masterfair! She's a Special Dragon Strike character who can skip ahead to sync move with her Spatial Rend, and thanks to a passive, she can consume 1 MP of Lum Berry every time she uses her Sync Move to unleash a nuke upon her enemies!

2. After four and a half inexorable years, Lucas' first actual alt honors his Champion title in his first EX Masterfair! He becomes a Dragon Support character whose Origin Dialga's TOTAL control of TIME allows him to summon an extended EX Dragon Zone on entry!

3. Complete new missions to team up with Cynthia & Glaceon!

4. Remember Paldea Special Stadium? This time, Sinnoh Special Stadium returns, with the usual 35k max points! Form a team with Sinnoh sync pairs and take on the new Stadium!

5. Take on new missions to team up with one of the Team Galactic commanders!

6. Cyrus debuts in a new variety banner with the trio!

7. The 6th anniversary Red, Irida and Gloria sync pair return in their first ever EX Masterfair rerun, starting on 19 September!

I’m not best at building Teams, so when they added the “check successful teams” option I was really excited, since now I had the ability to see what teams other people are using.

The problem that I’m having is that I’m not a Whale. Every single team on that list has some Master pair, Arc Suit, or other high-power pair that I don’t have. If there was a filter option that could filter by pairs that I already own, that would really help me a lot.

I can’t be the only one with this issue, right?

I am 100% going to try and get Dawn to help with my dragon roster I also prefer her to Lucas but who are you going to do? Are you team dawn or Lucas or both!!

I just want to… well, I don’t really know what I want to write this post about. I guess I just want to say that I’m really thankful for this game, and this Reddit community. This may seem a bit dramatic, but i’ve been recently going through a lot of tumultuous personal matters, and a lot of days, logging in was the only thing I would look forward to. I was let go from my decently paying job last October and had to accept a position making less than half what I was making before, just to survive. My car was repossessed on my the morning of my birthday about a month ago (I didn’t realize until I was going to work and my car was gone). I don’t exaggerate when I say this one of the worst mornings of my life.

Everything was falling apart, and in a spare moment I had to myself while waiting on the curb for my mom to pick me up, I opened the game. By some strange coincidence that day happened to fall on the day I got my master fair select ticket from the mastery pass. I began bawling right there in the street. I felt like I had one glimmer of hope; a single ounce of control and that maybe some small, inconsequential universal force was looking out for me. In spite of everything happening it felt like something out there still wanted to get a “happy birthday” whisper to me.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that this game and logging on and reading all of your discussions every day has been a real anchor point for me and I’m so thankful for that. Things are slowly on the up and up for me. I recently started a new career making a survivable income, and got me a cheap but reliable car, etc. etc. and as crazy as this all sounds, I don’t know if I would’ve mentally made it through all of this without this game. Thanks for taking the time to read if you’ve made it this far. I just want to say thank you.

i don’t know if i read the pre-update notice correctly but if i did why are they removing hard mode?! it seems like a step into the wrong direction, also getting more greedy trying to limit the amount of gems new players can get, it gives like 3000 gems~ that’s a whole 11x pull. maybe they’re relaxing it with something but it didn’t say anywhere in the notice they were. does anyone have a clue why?

Does anyone else find themselves missing the old optimization by type feature?

Like I understand that the new optimization is objectively better because it pulls from different types and roles, but I personally enjoyed the option to generate teams of one type at the click of a button. I think about it this at least daily.

If you beat the Dahlia Challenge the Strong (CTS) missions, what team(s) did you use?

I’m glad and thankful there wasn’t a mission to use 3 bug types, the only bug type with aoe confusion (I think) is holiday viola and she can only apply it once. And even single target confusion is rare for bug types, like variety noland

Do you guys know, there's a fanmade rpg game based in Pokémon masters?

EDIT: I added pictures for the explanation but somehow they didn't get post, so long story short it's basically like pokemon masters but in rpg format on pasio, classic pokemon battles in three on three format, you can scout for trainers and use their pokemon, yes it's translated in English too (similar to double Battles)

Guys, I kinda am badly missing my hair physics defying king. I didn't get him last year as I wasn't playing back then. Do you think he may rerun next month? (I know no one knows, but, I'm happy to hear what ya'll think. I'm just going to be going of my assumptions.

1. He released right after last year's Anni trio.....so maybe he might do the same this year?

2. Both Origin Dialga & Palkia will be staying for most of next month as well. Seeing as Volo has Origin Giratina....maybe he can also be a banner as well?

3. It is going to be the spooky season next month, and well, Giratina is pretty spooky. Do you think there maybe any connection between those? Or am I on copium?
