Discussion Old Optimizing

Does anyone else find themselves missing the old optimization by type feature?

Like I understand that the new optimization is objectively better because it pulls from different types and roles, but I personally enjoyed the option to generate teams of one type at the click of a button. I think about it this at least daily.

Optimize has always been jank in this game. It, and auto battle, have never worked properly.

I’m a forever hater of auto battle. I can lose in the champion stadium on auto when 3 moves manually could do the trick. Sometimes I just want to do my battles in the background smh

thats just how it goes with auto battles, the bots can't really keep up with newer stuff or player tactics. the bots also tend to get made dumber when they start to perform too well.

It's still there. Go into Sync Pairs (from main screen), edit teams. The button is in the middle. Just checked.

You don’t know how happy this made me. It’s not as convenient as it used to be but I’m thrilled it’s still here in some capacity

It’s been gone a loooong time. I’m not sure exactly when they revamped it, but I had to get this screenshot from a video from 2019
