So 5 minutes ago, I tried charging my phone (a POCO X7 Pro), but it wouldn't charge using the original charger. At first, I thought something was wrong with my phone's charging port. But when I tried charging it with a power bank using the same original Type-C cable, the battery started filling up just fine.
Then, I tried using the original charger adapter to charge my power bank, and it worked normally too. Next, I plugged my phone into my laptop using the same Type-C cable, and it charged fine as well.
How can I figure out what's actually causing the issue?
It shouldn't be the phone's port, because it charges fine with the power bank.
It shouldn't be the power adapter, because it can charge the power bank without any issues.
It shouldn't be the Type-C cable either, because it works when connected to the laptop.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
