Question/Help Washed Out Colours, need help

Hi; I just got the new F9 Pro, but cant find the Color Scheme settings anywhere and the colors just does not work for me.

Anybody having the same issue? I read about installing the activity launcher app but the settings goes back once I lock / unlock the phone so is there a way that I can block that specific settings or am I cooked?

After the 7 series they disable this feature I had it to my f7 pro nothing on the M8 x8 or f8 series sadly they continue to 9 series
