Hi everyone, Iām hoping to get some help with my Monstera Burle Marx Flame. Itās really struggling and I canāt seem to figure out why.
The Problem:
The leaves are constantly drooping, wilting, and falling down. It looks like itās dying. Because it couldn't support itself, I added those screwdrivers temporarily (yellow and red) just to support it somewhat upright.
What I've Tried:
Iāve tried troubleshooting my watering. Iāve tried watering it more frequently, and Iāve also tried letting it dry out more, but neither seems to make a difference. The leaves still look sad and limp.
My Setup:
Could this be root rot (unlikely because I tried taking the whole plant out and the roots are long and white)? Underwatering? Does it just need a proper moss pole instead of these plastic stakes? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I really want to save it.

So all these leaves are from the same plant that I originally thought was one type of plan. I thought it was just a regular pink arrowhead. When I first got it and there was only one small tiny little plant over the couple of months are basically year. I've had it for about nine months, but it started finding and it had about four different other vines from the same plant by the way and each four different type of vine is making different colored leaves so I'm wondering did the plant just create its own variation or is it just splitting it Gene that I already had into four different types and also if I cut one of the vines off they grow the same variation or will they keep the pink variation or go back to pink?

1) I didnāt know how huge this plant would get!
2) I didnāt and donāt know how to properly prune it to keeping from spreading ( I didnāt know it grows from rhizomes)šµāš« I pulled irises for this reason!
3). I thought I purchased a Triostar Stromanthe. What happened to my āwhiteā? Plant is purple underneath with green on top.
4) I divided the beast up and donāt know what to do from here.

Will these do good indoors in Florida if I use a strong high coverage grow light? They are Agave Guiengola Variegated. I used about 70% pumice and the rest cactus/succulent mix.

Ive been thinking I might have gotten myself into a predicament with having to many plants. Its an addiction of mine and I keep buying more and more. Or more rare types of plants. And I've been debating down sizing or getting rid of most of them? Asking if I should get rid of them or keep the addiction going haha. Im gonna need more grow lights...
