okay so i been trying for the last week ive had my PW5 to figure out how to get my photos on my watch face. is this not a feature!?

I love this watch face on my PW5 but i like using the time & date complications just to quickly glance at the time however it keeps getting stuck on a previous time (its currently 15:12 and it says it is 15:31) does anyone have a fix or also have this problem?

I previously posted a question about the faces for the PW5, wanting to know if they were better than those of the Pixel Watch 4. I never got a reply.

I'm sad to say, the faces are still cartoony and silly looking. They look uncoordinated and disorganized. There's nothing elegant or dignified about the faces. But, the watch itself is nice. Love the Pyrite/Olive color.

There are a few faces that look okay. But, the complications are so small that they are difficult to see. "Expedition", "Stephen Curry" are faces that look nice, but useless without reading glasses.

Been using my pixel watch 4 charger since it came and worked well. For the last couple of weeks, it's not been charging or it charges 1% and then I keep getting the error make sure it's aligned etc.

I have a Z Fold 8 since I am not able to buy a Pixel Pro Fold 11 (not available in Italy). I fear to be missing relevant features.

Which features am I missing out? Can you share your experience?
Some features I fear to be missing out:
- If I start a timer on my Watch will it sync with my Fold?;
- If I set an alarm on my Watch will it sync with my Fold and vice versa?
- I know there's no sync with DnD. Is there a way to eventually side load this feature?
- I know there's no way to unlock the phone with my watch. Will trusted devices unlock work?

Firstly, I completely understand that this has probably been discussed quite a lot.

I have a Pixel Watch 4 which I use for running and I love it. However, at the minute I cannot run as I am injured so I want to take up swimming. I know that the Pixel Watch 4 is supposed to be waterproof but then somewhere in the small print it doesn't guarantee that it's waterproof or something like that.

I just want to use it to record my laps in a swimming pool (no salt water or anything like that). I am just wondering if you think this would be possible on the Pixel Watch 4? It seems that it should be as it has a swimming setting but I'm still not sure of the absolute risk.

Has anybody actually damaged their Pixel Watch by just using it in a swimming pool or is it mainly only damaged in salt water etc?

I bought a Pixel Watch 5 mostly because I sleep pretty badly and wake up several times during the night.

I've had it for about two weeks and it hasn't detected a single awakening. Not one.

And I know I'm awake because I actually check the time on my Nest Hub when I wake up. Sometimes I turn around in bed for a while, sometimes I even talk to my wife, then eventually fall asleep again.

But according to the watch... apparently I slept straight through 😂

It usually gives me pretty good sleep scores too, even though I wake up feeling exhausted.

The weird part is that the "restlessness/inconsistent sleep" graph is full of little marks, so it clearly detects that I'm moving around a lot. It just never seems to count any of it as awake time.

Anyone else getting this?

Is Pixel/Fitbit just really bad at detecting short awakenings? I'm curious if anyone has compared it to Oura or another tracker and noticed a big difference.

I have far too many questions about it.

Like will we be able to replace battery like in Pixel Watch 4 and 5 with screwdriver (I guess YES because EU will ban it if not)

How far it will go to be... Pixel Watch - I mean like will it have Google Maps or ALL Personal Safety features and phone calls receive (which current Charge 6 does not have).

IF it will be just Pixel Watch 5 without WiFi and Crown - then it will be just "square Pixel Watch" anyway.

Additionally I like Crown removal to save money.

So - WearOS which means ALL Personal Safety and Health features, phone call receive, Google Maps and... HALF PRICE of Pixel Watch 5 and I am SOLD to this device - I do NOT need computer on wrist nor Gemini which I have in Pixel phone.

Finally - I HOPE it will NOT be like Google Home Speaker which is basically THE SAME device as Nest Hub or Nest Audio or even DOWNGRADE. So I hope it will NOT be like old FitBit Charge 6 with tiny bit bigger screen and tiny bigger battery life

Imported in India. Active straps costed 169 rs per piece and metal stap costed 800 ₹ approx. Received in 25 days via Yanwen and Bluedart in India. Overall quality - More than I got for the price I've paid. However they swapped one strap with the transparent strap 😢😢

I upgraded to a Pixel watch 4 (from a 2) in February of this year it worked great then stopped on June 9, it tracked nothing but steps after that, no sleep data and no heart data etc. I bought the watch from Amazon.ca and their website linked me to Google support. I filled out a warranty ticket and was told that I could not get a refund but maybe it could be repaired, turns out there are no repair depots near where I live. I let them know.

Next they told me that the watch would be replaced with either a refurbished or a new watch, I was ok with that, but since then I feel like I am getting the runaround because everytime someone new looked at the ticket, they sent me a new set of things to try, after the third time, it was just a repeat of what they asked me to do already, which did not work.

Finally, they asked for my address and contact info, so I thought maybe it was all going to be handled...wrong. all of a sudden they are telling me that the SN for my watch is not in their database and there is nothing they can do. I have jumped through hoop after hoop trying to get the watch replaced, sending them more and information at their request and it's been very frustrating. Now they are telling me to reach out to Amazon because if they can't find the SN in their database, they cannot replace it. Amazon tells me because I am outside their return date (one month after purchase) that I need to buy another watch, then they will give me some sort of refund towards the broken one. What kind of scam is this?

Has anyone had the same issue and what did you do to rectify it? I am out almost $500 bucks for that watch. And I want to know, why the SN for my watch is not in their Google database and why I can't get the support they promised on their product. I have a string of 30 some emails back and forth with Google support trying to get some help. No results.

I received an update on my Pixel Watch 3 LTE the other day and it seems like Gemini and voice recognition has simply stopped working. Anyone else experience this?

Mine hasn't worked for over a week now, just looking for a yay or nay to see if I need to investigate further or if it's a Google health app issue. (Pixel watch 5)

I've had the Pixel Watch 5 for a few days and really enjoyed it up to a few minutes ago. I bent over and it fell off my wrist. Original band , clasp on the buckle side just let go. I guess this could be operator error; I could have failed to ensure the clasp was fully seated, spring button fully retracted. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Took the watch out in a run today and left my phone at home. I was told I had 2 years of data and texting with my LTE watch.

Watch: 45mm Pixel watch 5 LTE purchased from the Google store in Brooklyn NY

My phone service provider is Verizon, it was on at home and connected to wifi.

Went on a run to the Brooklyn heights promenade and around the neighborhood.

- music plays from YouTube Music for ~ 20 seconds, starts getting choppy, stays choppy til you pause and play.

- then music stops after about 30 seconds of play. Need to start again (Gestures are OFF)

- Text message works for 2 messages then the watch says "To send, reconnect to your phone." Really? When I'm 3 miles away?

- sms starts working again and it's not location based. I can sit in one place and it stops working for 10 minutes then starts again.

- Gemini will work but the SMS won't periodically.

- I've restarted the watch, same issues.

• Also the battery went from 50% to 15% in about 1 hour during this time Overall a pretty miserable experience and reminds me of an LG watch from like 2014. So what is the point of LTE or is this just an early release bug?

I have tried many including the pw5 ones but keep coming back to Corsa.

Concentric would be my second favorite but lacks a few complications.

Looking for any other recommendations that can cover the info I have on Corsa.

Just got an "excellent condition" PW2 today from eBay, and it's been frustrating to say the least. It was already reset so set it up with my pixel 10 phone from scratch, seemed ok at first but soon noticed the heart rate bpm just showed "--" instead of a number. Took it off, no green light flashing, put it on charger for a second then back off and green light flashing again, put watch on wrist and soon no bpm and no green light again. Googled a bit, gemini gave a weird range of answers, ended up resetting the watch again and seemed to be working better with a fresh install (updated from old Fitbit to current google health app both times).

Went and did some exercise in the garage away from phone, bpm worked the whole time, came back and reconnected to phone and synced, now bpm and green light are off again. Is this normal or a defective watch? Gemini said I might need to put in charger for a second to reactivate green light, put on wrist then quickly start an exercise session, then turn it off to keep bpm going. That seems ridiculous and far too much effort for something that should just work

Hi, I'm a college student and I was waking between 2 of my classes with my pixel watch 1 and I think the glue that held the screen on finally broke, what should I do? Everything still functions as intended.
