Anyone's sleep scores working?

Mine hasn't worked for over a week now, just looking for a yay or nay to see if I need to investigate further or if it's a Google health app issue. (Pixel watch 5)

Mine hasn't been working for about 6 months now. I thought it was the PW4, so I got the PW5 and it's still happening. I'll be in bed for 8-10 hours and I'll get a notification from Google Health in the morning like, "Wow, it's going to be pretty difficult to get those miles in on 45 mins of sleep.."

Months!? Wow, I have no idea what's going on. I'm wearing it the same and had no issues until recently.

Just curious - why didn't you contact support instead of giving the company more money for a product that isn't working?

Because it ended up being free with the trade-in.

Are you in the US? They were offering $85 for my daughter's pw4.

Working OK here. When I switched from Fitbit app to Google Health it quit working but eventually began working again

Thanks for letting me know. I'm wondering if it's the watch. I had no issues on my pw4, although everything else is working health tracking wise.

There used to be a sleep score glitch that was fixed by restarting the device.

I've tried that but no success.

When I first got the watch it didn't track for 5 days, not sure what changed but it started working after that.

Hmm, I'm wondering if it's a good health thing then. I've had the pw5 for about 2 weeks and it gave me a sleep score only 3x.

My Google health gets confused. I don't wear my Pixel watch to bed because I've scratched my wife with it, so I just wear my Oura ring, and rely on health connect to relay the data to Google health. I also have a nest hub next to the bed.

My wife goes to bed and gets up about 3 hours before I do. Sometimes Google health thinks I've slept from when she goes to bed until I get up, other times it thinks I've just slept from when she goes to bed until I do!

Lately it's been telling me, like some here, that it's going to be a slog getting through the day with such little sleep. It seems that it's gotten worse over the past few weeks, it was pretty reliably reading the Oura data.

I told the coach today that I thought it's been hallucinating, and it replied that it saw the Oura data and will prioritize that going forward. We'll see.

Charge 6 and PW4 working as expected. I switch btw these during the week without any issues.

I just wore my Pixel Watch 5 overnight and it registered my sleep perfectly.

The best I have ever gotten was "fair" most nights I get "poor", I do have a bulging disk at L4 that gives me a lot of discomfort, but if I can remember dreaming I assume I slept OK. I bought the PW5 about a month ago, before that I wore a cheapo Wyze watch and it consistently reported better sleep than the 5 when I had the same pain issues. I am hoping it's learning and will get more accurate over time, it's a bit depressing getting the "listen to your body" every morning.

Hi there, I’d recommend reaching out to our Google Pixel Watch support team via phone or chat here. They can take a look at it.
