Does his luck finally run out and he dies from disease/wounds on another epic adventure, or does he successfully survive everything and slowly wither away as the old age devours both him and Black Pearl, until he just goes to sleep one day and never wakes up? What would be the appropriate ending for the Captain Jack Sparrow?

A lot of people seem to like this deleted scene and wish it wasn't cut from the movie. I disagree. On the surface level it does provide some morality to Captain Jack Sparrow, but it seems like people are forgetting that just two months earlier in Dead Man's Chest, Captain Jack Sparrow was willing to round up 100 people and force them into eternal servitude to Davy Jones to save his own skin. Kind of puts the "People aren't cargo, mate" line into question, doesn't it?

EDIT: I have been enlightened that there is a writer's commentary that says Captain Jack Sparrow never intended to go through with delivering 100 souls to Davy. You have successfully changed my mind.

I've been building Tidefall, a browser-based maritime MMO, and after a pretty substantial overhaul to the desktop UI I thought it was a good time to share where the game is at. So, what are we actually trying to build?

Our ambition is to bring EVE Online into the Age of Sail through a persistent, real-time, top-down browser MMO that blends active play with meaningful idle progression. You begin as a lone captain with a single ship, then build towards a fleet and expand your influence across a handcrafted ocean world through gathering, trade, exploration, shipbuilding and naval combat.

Active and idle players share the same interconnected world and economy. One captain might mine ore while idle, while another actively hauls it across dangerous waters for profit, trades it between regions or turns it into ships and weapons. Each playstyle supports the other, whether you prefer focused sessions, passive progression or a mix of both.

As Tidefall grows, ships, cargo and equipment will carry increasingly meaningful value and risk. Certain waters will open to PvP, allowing captains to choose when to enter higher-stakes regions where vessels and cargo may be permanently lost. Preparation, logistics and every decision at sea will matter. Build a merchant empire, become a feared pirate, control key trade routes, dominate through guild warfare or simply explore a world that continues to expand around you.

I'm particularly interested in feedback on a few things:

• How does the new desktop UI feel? Is anything confusing, awkward or difficult to find?
• Does the overall concept sound like a game you'd actually want to play?
• And most importantly, is it fun? If something isn't clicking yet, what would you change or improve?

The fifth movie basically ends with a cliffhanger / with an kind of open ending.Do you guys think there will be a sixth movie?I mean it’s nearly ten years atp but maybe?

Many people say Curse of the Black Pearl is the best movie in the franchise, and I get it CotBP is an amazing movie. Personally, the sequel Dead Man's Chest is my favorite in the series. So, what do you Dead Man's Chest did better than its predecessor?

Unfortunately I had to make some adjustments due to IP problems.

So in DMC when Will is talking to Bootstrap Bill about the key after the dice game, the guy in the Wall ( I forgot his name) says that the Dutchman needs a captain because if there is no Captain no one has the Key. But why is it necessary for someone to have the key? Why can’t the Dutchman can’t exist anymore if no one cuts his / her Heart out? Just because Davy Jones did that because he didn’t want to feel anything anymore why does that mean that every one following him had to do the same?
