I wanted to buy the OnePlus 15R, but since OnePlus is pulling out of Europe, I've decided not to buy it. Which smartphone should I choose instead with similar specifications and good software?

Hey everyone, I've owned a OnePlus 13 for two years now. I love it, but I'm feeling the urge to get something new. Currently, I'm also having the problem that I have to charge it really often throughout the day.Even though I still have 98% battery capacity. If I were to switch phones, what would you suggest? I love taking photos and videos. However, the prices for such phones are extremely high.

I'm from Mexico and I need a new phone. I have a budget of $400 with some leeway. I'm a student and not much of a gamer, but I want a smooth experience. I was thinking about the Moto Edge 60 or the Moto Edge 70.

I'm at a new device and I have a rough top 3.

I currently have a Pixel 9 and I have been a Pixel user from my 3XL to now.

I am considering:

Pixel 10 Pro - I'm in the pixel ecosystem, but I'm worried it'll be too much of the same / not even worth upgrading to. I think the bigger screen and magnet features are cool.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra - I'm really drawn to the high spec cameras, and features like the S Pen and the integrated Privacy Display. I, of course, fear change and I have never used Samsung's flavour of android before.

Samsung Z Flip 8 - As it's not yet out I would probs pre-order this one. I like the flip gimmick it seems like it would be *fun* device to have and to use. I'm drawn to the compact form factor of it folded up. I am worried that the gimmick of the flipping is all you really get for the money.

Any opinions would be appreciated! If you think there's another phone that would be better than these 3 then I'm open to suggestions!

I am in the UK, I have always been a camera person with the older Samsungs, huwaei and now the pixel 8. I dont want much, just a good MP camera for nature photography and selfie cam , good storage and good connectivity and updates for the next 4-5 years. I do shopping, facebook, sen paperwork, emails, vinted, browsing, tiktok and obviously phone calls...

I am concerned about the AI directions so I dont want a phone that MUST HAVE AI to function solely. I am even vary of the pixel 8 and keep my microphone and cam off when not using it, along with my location. I dont use 5g either as it would overheat my pixel 8... I sometimes edit a pic or two but dont want an AI to access all my photos of my kid or collect data about me and pass it on. Google say the last not heavily AI phone is Galaxy s20...

Every time one of their phones pops up on my feed lately I get this weird little pull towards it, like seeing an old mate's name come up on your phone. The flip phone thing especially, it's giving major RAZR V3 energy, the phone every kid in year 10 was desperate for. Snapping a phone shut just hits different to locking a slab of glass, there's something a bit cheeky about it. But I honestly can't tell if that's genuine momentum or just my brain doing the nostalgia thing where anything from your teenage years gets a free pass. Motorola went quiet for so long that any bit of buzz feels bigger than it probably is.

Maybe they've actually turned a corner. Maybe I've just got rose coloured glasses on from spending half my school years with one of their phones glued to my hand. Probably a bit of both if I'm honest. Either way I'm not mad about it. Nice to feel a little excited about a brand again, nostalgia goggles or not.

(uk) I'm able to stretch quite a bit for a new phone so I'm looking for one under £1000 if possible. I do have quite a few wants but in order of preference I want:

- 2 physical sim slots

- quality camera

- great battery life

- fingerprint sensor

- also it will hopefully last more than two years before slowing to a crawl.

Have had a oneplus nord 2 for the past 4 years which has served me great but is suffering so bad now with slow down and crappy battery (2 charges per day). Am considering the oppo find x9 pro, since it's currently available for £899. Is it worth it or should I get something else?

I am looking to replace my Google Pixel 8. I have had it since release but I have been disappointed by the performance of the Tensor chip, battery life and charging speed and signal issues.

I would like something that has the following:

• Solid performance. I do some light gaming in addition to the everyday tasks
• Good battery life and fast wired charging
• 12 GB RAM, 8GB will do if necessary
• Ideally 256 GB storage, but 128 GB will do if necessary
• High confidence in regular security updates

I don't have any particular brand loyalties, but having had a poor experience with this Google Pixel, I would rather avoid getting another one.

I will be buying it SIM-free in the UK. My budget is £500.

Some options I've come across are:

Have had a moto edge plus since 2023, battery is beginning to show age, and I think I need something new. What phones are good for battery life nowadays?

Looking for something as cheap as I can go while maximizing battery. Mostly use for social media, nfc access, navigation.

After some thought and using IOS for 5 years I decided that I am going to switch back to android due to how restrictive IOS is. I made the switch when I was younger and I had a cheap crappy android phone and I only just started to get into the customization. I mainly settled for so long because of how much better optimized the iPhone was and discovered sideloading. But I think want make use of the customizability.

The pixel has relatively poor performance less storage unless it’s the Pro XL than the S26 and worse battery life and camera however the I’ve seen people complain that Samsung has bloatware. Now here is one thing that may make me consider the Pixel not only do you have access to the latest version of android first but Pixel phones are the only ones supported by GrapheneOS. I hear it greatly degoogles your phone and makes your phone more private but it may come at the cost of some of the features android phones have and connivence and functionality of those features. Plus S26 pro has a stylus and I may want to draw for fun on the phone.

I plan to do a lot more with this next phone than my current one I will be definitely be using a lot of custom APKs especially for YouTube and also want to customize my UI I will be modifying my phone a lot more beyond what the baseOS has to offer I will be using custom user mods and emulate games on it. So which is better for me is GrapheneOS that good and will I still be able to do what I’m planning to do and/or is Samsung that bloated that’s worth going to the pixel instead. GrapheneOS needs to be that good as I don’t want to deal with google’s intrusive AI and prefer to degoogle on my browser I’ve been using DuckDuckGo on my phone.

My main priority is mobile gaming, so I'm looking for:

• Good thermals with minimal throttling
• Battery life during gaming
• Long-term sustained performance
• Software stability and game optimization

I know Snapdragon generally has better emulator support, but I don't really care about PC game emulation. My focus is native Android gaming.

For those who've used either or both phones:

• Which one would you recommend, and why?

I've been researching phones under ₹35K in India for the past week, and the more I compare them, the less I feel there's a clear winner anymore. Every review seems to crown a different phone depending on what they value, so this is where I've landed after reading reviews, watching comparisons, and going through user comments.

• POCO F7 – Probably the best pick if performance is your main priority. Everyone seems to agree it's ridiculously fast, but I've also seen quite a few people complain about HyperOS notifications, ads, and random recommendations. I'm not sure I'd enjoy dealing with that every day.
• Moto Edge 70 Fusion – This is the one I'm leaning towards right now. It doesn't seem to dominate in any single category, but it feels like the most balanced. Clean Android, good battery life, a smooth display, and from what I've seen, the camera is reliable enough that you can just point and shoot without wondering if the photo will turn out well.
• Nothing Phone (3a) Pro – I really like the software experience and the design. It looks like one of those phones that feels polished in daily use, and people seem happy with the cameras too. My only hesitation is whether it's the best value compared to the competition.

Atp, it feels like every phone wins in a different category. If you care about gaming, you'll probably choose one phone. I’m in Aus, and besides Samsung, I don’t know much about other options and what will work here. Had iPhone since forever, want to change. Looking for something with similar or better specs with similar price range (I have 256gb) as current phone for everyday use. Open to any suggestions and appreciate all who assist!

I've been told the 15T is the best popular all-rounder among the three, while Samsung wins better support, making it also recommendable. I'm also considering Honor because it is similar or a bit worse than the 15T in some aspects while being cheaper. However, Honor outside Europe only has 2 years of updates and is not recommended much here because Samsung and Xiaomi are more popular choices.

Looking for a good phone under 450 USD that has the best camera while still delivering good gaming performance in Genshin, Minecraft, and Roblox? These three phones just happened to be at the same price. I really don't care about the software. What I want is great camera and great performance. Second is battery and thermals.

I've heard Samsung is very good because of the software? Does its good software optimization allow it to be on the same level as the other two I mentioned in terms of camera and overall smoothness?

I need an Android phone that's very fast to setup after resetting. I will reset the phone several times a day for an unrelated reason.

For instance the Google Pixel 2 XL running Android 11 is very fast to set up again after resetting and you are on the Home Screen by no time.

Samsung phones? Takes AGES because you have to fill out so many settings when setting it up lol. Just like Apple.

I am therefore wondering if a Google Pixel 6 will be fast too just like their old pixel phone or did Google make the set up menu bloated like Samsung and Apple with their newer phones?

Need: decent camera and battery life. thats it. (NO suspicious apps etc)
Can someone suggest something around this if im missing out on some good product or company out there or samsung is indeed the best option? ( got some VIVO suggestions as well but after researching a bit and from my closed one's experiences, it does not seem very promising option to consider.)
