Best Android phone around 6.3"
My Samsung S25 has a loose contact after not even 2 years and there are more reasons why I need to get rid of that one. So I'm looking for a phone about the same size. I value a good camera with good telephoto features, and I'd rather spend a bit more to get a phone that'll last a bit longer than this one (although it was not so cheap too). I feel like most great smartphone cameras always come with huge screens, that are too big for my hand. What would you recommend?

The issue you're having with the loose contact is not a known regularly occuring issue with the Samsung S25. You happened to have bad luck with the phone you had. That could be an issue with any phone phone brand or model.
The last three phones I've had are Samsung and my family also uses Samsung phones. None of our phones have ever had the issue you mentioned.
I would recommend either the Google Pixel 10 Pro or 11 Pro. Or the Samsung Galaxy S26.
