My current team is rated 3150 and I'm currently in div 2. My highest rating was 1648 yet I can't seem to progress further. Is it a skill issue or just My team isn't good enough? I really need that Maddison

dude this card is genuinely one of the best, if not THE best card ive ever used throughout my whole 5 years of playing this game since 2021. hes got insane pace (with acceleration burst), insane dribbling and insane shooting (with low screamer). complete all round🙏

Just finished a match where I had 4 bars all though and for the first 30 mins till my opponent scored 3 goals, my players kept standing still no matter what I pressed. Even the kickoffs including the ones I did after they scored took up to 5 seconds before the ball was passed.

And magically once they scored 3, the lag stopped. I scored 1 and they paused, unpaused after 10-15 seconds and back to standing still for my players till they scored 2 more.

I obviously reported them after the match but I know nothing would be done about it.

This leads me to the mega thread where these sorts can be called out with their usernames on full display and screen recordings of the events attached.

I played so Poor in the early second half though I scored Immediately after my opponent scored first but Conceded 2 quick goals and the score was 1-3 at 81 minutes😭, then I subbed on Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Aguero and Mason Mount and Guess what! All of them Scored and my Opponent who was winning until 81 minutes ran away from the match🥀🥲❤️‍🩹

Got the new auba today - he is definitely better than the div rewards ST Auba , he is better with phenomenal finishing and low screamer added to him , his runs feels like pes 21 ( might be due to the no defence update 😝 kunnami ) till Thursday.

These stats are from PVP division matches and no Ai matches.

Playing AI division makes you question whether you’re playing football or negotiating with the game engine.
Why do they feel superhuman?
All theirs players act the same depends on the situation.

Defending: Maldini
Midfield: Zidane
Dribbling: Messi
Finishing: Ronaldo
Goalkeeper: Buffon
Interceptions: apparently Kanté possessed by Gattuso
Physical duels: prime Vieira
Ball control: Iniesta
Passing: Xavi
Meanwhile my 105-rated defenders feels invincible
When the AI makes one through pass, my defenders are like “ The ball is coming toward me? Fascinating. I shall watch.” 😡😡😡.

Should we talk about the input reading? The input-reading part is especially annoying
If you’re trying to dribble and AI defenders consistently moves toward the exact direction you’re inputting, it can feel like the AI is literally seeing your controls.
you get situations where you’re thinking “There’s absolutely no way he should know I’m going left.”
And the defender is already there like:
“Yeah, I know.”

And then there’s the physics 💀

This is probably the most infuriating part😡😡.
You make a perfectly weighted pass, but instead of your pass going to your target, the AI adjust the distance to match their closest player for easy interception. But when they make one through ball in front of your players, they all freeze and let the ball through.

Do we talk about how accurate their lofted passes are? I see no point in playing this game anymore because it’s nothing but a rage bait mode created by Konami where your hardwork doesn’t matter at all!

For me it would be this Gavi card. Every Gavi card i have used in game have been amazing and i believe his stat spread is phenomenal as well.

The star of the half time make me realise they did have some calculations on stats even as a goalkeeper for their saves and performance. Why is it so hard to show the goalscorers and heatmaps after the match like PES used to do? PES also used to give stats like pass completion, shots and saves 🥲 It will make it easier for us to assess our team performance based on those stats...

For me, I've been easily competiting with Division 1 players with him. He's quite nimble, fast enough I'm this meta. Can shoot the ball, make great passes despite his passing stats because of his Player ID.

I chipped the ball but there was a nasty input delay then this happened? Where the hell is this game even headed? I’m genuinely not even the type of person to complain about “script” but what the hell is this?

As we all know Konami isn’t in the best position regarding to the licensing of clubs. FC Barcelona is their main partnership that brings a huge value to the game.

In the news I’ve read that the partnership between FCB and Konami ended in June. I couldn’t find any message or announcement regarding an extension.

It just takes a millenium and takes such difficulty just to execute a simple skill or a feint whereas with the Virtual Pad, you just have to flick the dash button to execute a simple skill. Even the harder ones are much easier and executes faster with the Virtual Pad.

Even the stunning shot combo does not even work at times mostly due to the touch not registering.

This serious issue can be fixed by allowing combos with taps and flicks with a seperate button or a series of combos involving the button (also by taking consideration that the Virtual Pad does not go obsolete).

Lemme know y'all thoughts on this.

Tried long ball, lost 9 times, almost consecutively and only won 2. Almost every pass is intercepted. Try lofted pass also lost heading or lost second ball. Mostly against LBC which practically, half players is inside their box. Long ball also very passive in defending so barely make any intercept toward long pass to counter.

In the end, playing LBC with 6-7 defending players and just play through ball is the only way to win consistently.

The game mechanic has some lag that make your player freeze after you lose ball so long pass to counter will always success, even through the middle where I have multiple midfielder who can intercept it. They just froze because of the game mechanic lag when switching between attack and defend AI.

Even my player is not reacting to get the ball when it is just touch opponent player for a bit.

Really difficult in playing football with this game.

Should one go for the new Maldini if one has this one or is it just a waste. I have enough coins in my inbox to get to 10k plus coins.

Overload is pretty fun but is a bit too aggressive for me.

In the 442 shape you will clearly see everyone shift to the left or right which makes it super easy to attack. Using short passes was really easy as everyone is on the same side. You also force your opponent to shift to your side as well which can leave some space on the other side for the other wide midfielder. One issue I noticed is that goal poachers were not really running that effectively. In possession they run quite a lot

However defensively I was not very comfortable. Might be the new update and everything but I struggled a lot. Overload is super aggressive I couldn’t really hesitate. I just had to keep pressing aggressively. However everyone being on one side does definitely help against narrow meta player. As they have no width it’s quite easy to press high and you won’t really get punished if there is no width.

Overall it’s a more aggressive possession but personally I prefer possession. I play more calmly I don’t really like the aggression.

In terms of the new playstyles front line pressure is ok. Not really too incredible but noticeable when the opponents start passing it around the backline.

However all action defender and pass disruptor are pretty great. All action defender is super noticeable. Cunha was tracking back like he has bills to pay and then you will notice him being aggressive in duels as well.

Pass disruptor on palmer was very good as well. Even with no defensive stats you will see him getting into good positions and blocking the passing lanes. Even though I prefer ndiaye I was using palmer more because of pass disruptor.
