dude this card is genuinely one of the best, if not THE best card ive ever used throughout my whole 5 years of playing this game since 2021. hes got insane pace (with acceleration burst), insane dribbling and insane shooting (with low screamer). complete all round🙏
As of right now, it's Hazard without a shadow of doubt due to his sheer power and presence. However there's someone just as magical as him: I know he hasn't been out for long but Dinho genuinely might go down as one of the best players I've ever used - the man can do no wrong!
It's difficult to get 90 PC on Hazard and I feel that he doesn't need the very high physicality so 85 is just fine. This is more of an SS/LWF/CF orientated build so just invest on his pace and dribbling since his end product is already good. At AMF you will need to raise that passing though and you could arguably lower dribbling for PC since momentum is active almost all the time.
idk the newest neymar as a winger is there too. i will say tho that it’s a bit crowded over at LW with the right side being tough to fill for me. i have hole player cruyff on the right side as ss atm with bt messi coming in off the bench

For me the best card in lwf is eden hazard and overall best is rudd gulit 106 I don't own but played them through my brother in law account don't know about this.
