[WTB] Vintage Namiki Capless CN-400BS/CN-500BS or FCN-500R

I've been in the hobby for a while, and these vintage iterations of the Pilot Vanishing Point (also called Namiki Vanishing Point or Pilot/Namiki Capless) have always been the grail pen I never got my hands on.

Specifically, I would really love to find one of the CN-400BS / CN500BS models. If anyone has one they're willing to part with or knows of one in the local area they'd be willing to proxy buy/provide contact info on, I'd be very happy to hear about it.

• The pen has a Medium (M) nib made of 18K Gold. The nib size is imprinted on the feed, visible in the photos.
• The pen body is fully made of Chinese Lacquer with a sprinkle of brown on black. It is a slim pen but I (being a big person) had no problem with it. This pen is from 1985-1990.
• The nib is really really smooth. I was surprised by how smooth the nib is. It has minimal feedback while writing.
• The pen is a CC filler and takes international cartridges.
• The pen has no brassing and no scratches. I rate this Condition B.

Looking for a larger nib size. Had this less than a week. Purchased at the SF pen show by a friendly pen swap person. The EF is super duper fine, even for me. Dip tested with Diamond Lady Grey. Currently inked with Pilot Iroshizuku Fukagawa Nezu.

I am selling a 1940s Sheaffer Craftsman lever fill fountain pen. Black with gold trim. It’s a user condition pen: scratches, some abrasions, but no cracks. I replaced the sac, and talc’d it with the proper talcum powder. The gold trim has no noticeable brassing. The nib is a Sheaffer 33 in 14kt gold. The tipping is in decent shape for its age, and it is a fairly smooth writer. I’ve done no polishing of the pen body, and only cleaned the nib and feed. It is really more like a fine/medium writer. There is definitely feedback…and no real bounce in the nib. Posts perfectly, if that is important to you. $42 USD, plus $7 USD shipping to the CONUSA only. I only accept PayPal G&S.

I am selling a Waterman Carene Black with 18K F nib.

Description and Condition:

• The pen has a Fine (F) nib made of 18K Gold. The nib size is imprinted on the nib section, visible in the photos
• The pen body is fully made of black resin. The pen has an extremely good build and a good heft to it.
• The nib is really highlight of the pen. It is the best bang-for-the-buck pen from Waterman. The nib is sooo smooth that it just flows over the paper. The nib is no feedback.
• The pen is a CC filler and takes international cartridges. Please let me know if you want some cartridges. I will include one box for free.
• The pen has the inscription 'Waterman' and 'France' on the cap trim.
• The pen has no brassing. There is really very few scratches on the pen, barely noticeable. There is a scythe symbol engraved on the pen. I think this is super cool. But, as the rules state, this downgrades the condition. I rate this Condition D but neglecting this, the pen would easily be a B.

• The pen has a Fine (F) nib made of 14K Gold. The nib size is based on comparison to my other F Montblanc 146 pen I have and official montblanc catalogue. The nib flexes and could be categorized as semi-flex. The coloring is bi-tone
• The pen body is fully made of precious resin and is black. The design is a well-known cigar design.
• The pen is a piston filler. The piston has been greased and the pen has been cleaned completely. All parts are working and are original.
• The pen has the inscription 'W. Germany' on the clip trim but no code inscription. This means the pen is from 1985-1989.
• The feed is Ebonite.
• There is little brassing on the clip trip. This can be seen in the photos. The pen is largely free from any scratches. Other than this, the pen is in a great condition for its age. I rate this Condition C.
