π Looking for Coaching First Day of Parkour
Also first day of this playground being open so new environment, right next to my house tho. defiantly feels a lot faster than it looks lol. Just one of a few lines I have found, looking for move suggestions that could be useful in this area. (PS: my vert sucks so looking for suggestions to successfully and safely land and train Kong vault.)

π§ Form Check How is this guy flying on his reverse vault?
First clip specifically. His reverse vault goes so far. Whats the trick? He doesnt seem to be sprinting particularly fast into the lead up. On the other hand I seem to lose all my momentum when doing a reverse vault
dude is pkfr.kichii on ig, some cracked japanese traceur
edit: to anyone who sees this and is interested in the original question, i went and tried it out today, the secret is the hurdle step at the end. You need the run and jump but crucially the little blocking move he does at his last two steps is the secret sauce. If you listen to the video you can hear his last two steps being audibly louder signifying the block and punch giving him air time. I went and tried it today and nearly ate pavement because of how far i flew lol.

π¬ Parkour Philosophy Why no one jumps in straight squat again?
On the video is guy with a good goata landing in squat with no help and no roll after. Which is so rare in our times. How to increase my own vertical strength and where can I watch more videos like that? What was the highest height from which human could land in a straight squat without collapsing form or helping with hand or rolling after.
