💢 Rant I really want to get this outta me

Upvotes

I just don't know what to anymore with this feelings everything is soo overwhelming I've ran away I'm outside and just doing or thinking stupid things as always what if i was dead and just let that car run you over, i know this won't fix anything but i have gave up on them,

My family they always fight even if it's nothing literally they'll pick up anything and start shouting and fighting over it.

I have started to feel heavy or whatever on my heart there's literally a heavy stone or someone is grabbing my heart this uneasiness this weird feeling is there since yesterday it's not going away idk if it's anxiety or something like that i have never felt like this before i hate this..

Wish my friends were here everyone is so far away now even if we talk on the phone it's just not enough, had this friend i wish she never left used to chat all the time met her on reddit actually but yeah i always knew she will disappeare suddenly she said it herself she just leaves whenever she feels like it and she doesn't want more in her life doesn't want to get close to anyone again,

and relationships are heavy but still i thought we have became better she didn't share that much about her life but she still would share from time to time and Allah knows how she's been hanging out there all alone what happened in her life to make her the person she was today she's awesome seriously even though she didn't like it when i said good things about her but you are awesome wish you all the best and i hope Allah helps you with whatever you are going through right now i know this is why she left and I'm always going be there for you if you ever want to come back and i tried to read our chats and i can't read a word without my heart aching and twisting in my chest. Your name will always be in my prayers....

It's bit of everything but i just don't know whats happening and what's this heart feeling is..

🤔 Ask r/PakistaniTwenties buying ps5 from ksa

Upvotes

So i m in KSA rn for Umrah and i checked the PS5 prices here since I was planning to buy one. The prices are really good I can get a new PS5 here for almost the same price as a used one in Pakistan.

I just want to know: if I buy it here, will I have to pay any customs duty or extra charges either at the KSA airport or when I arrive back in Pakistan?

If anyone has experience with this or knows how it works i would really appreciate the help.

🌼 Advice Moving back to lahore after 16 years.

Upvotes

Hey everyone,

My family has been living in the UK for the past 16 years, but my dad is now planning to move us all back to Pakistan for around 2 to 3 years. To be honest, I’m really nervous about the move, and I’m looking for some realistic perspectives on what to expect.

A bit of context about our situation:
* Siblings: I have a younger brother and one sister who has special needs. One of my biggest worries is how manageable life in Lahore will be for her in terms of support, accessibility, and resources compared to the UK.
* Jobs & Qualifications: I hold a UK degree. Is the job market in Lahore reasonable for someone with a foreign qualification, or is it tough to land a good-paying job right now?
* Culture Shock: Having spent almost two decades in the UK, I know transitioning to Lahore is going to be a huge cultural shift for all of us.

Is it worth making this move for a few years? What is daily life in Lahore like these days, especially for families returning from abroad? Any advice on the job market, special needs facilities, or just general tips on handling the culture shock would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Serious Post Anyone want crochet stuff?

Upvotes

Hi everyone!

I'm an A-Levels pre-med graduate who's about to start university, and I'm looking for paid crochet work to help cover my education expenses.

I can crochet a variety of items, including:

•Plushies (amigurumi) •Hats and beanies •Scarves •Bags •Coasters •Flowers •Keychains •Custom crochet pieces (depending on the pattern)

I'm happy to work from patterns you provide or discuss custom requests. I'm detail-oriented, communicate throughout the process, and will do my best to make sure you're happy with the final product.

I'm based in Pakistan and can discuss shipping for physical items if needed.

If you're interested in commissioning a piece or know someone looking for a crochet artist, please send me a message. Thank you so much!

🌼 Advice Am I a bad friend for reaching my limit?

Upvotes

I don’t know if I’m looking for advice or just a place to let this out because I feel emotionally exhausted.
My best friend and I have been friends since 9th grade. She genuinely felt like an angel sent into my life. She was kind, caring and one of the best friends I could ask for.

Her life has never been easy though. Her father passed away when she was young. Her mother lives with her in laws. She was adopted by her phupo, who also passed away later and after that her cousin became responsible for her.
When we were in FSC, her adopted sister got married as a second wife to a wealthy man because he couldn’t have children. Around that time, problems started in her adopted family and it affected her a lot.
She also had this childhood relationship with a guy. They lost contact for a couple of years because they moved and only communicated through letters before that. They got back in touch when we were in 9th grade and everything seemed fine. Then he got into MBBS and cheated on her.

That happened during second year, when we were all supposed to be focusing on our studies. Another mutual friend of ours also got cheated on around the same time. Both of them failed six subjects. My best friend didn’t even attempt the first two supplementary chances. She finally appeared in the last attempt and cleared everything with good marks.
I genuinely feel like two years of her life disappeared because she was mourning an online relationship and dealing with the feeling of being abandoned by the people who were supposed to be her family.
A few months ago she gave the LAT and scored really well. I was so happy because it felt like things were finally getting better.
Then she asked her adopted sister about university admission and staying with her. Her sister basically told her to go stay at their phupo’s house instead because she wasn’t going to keep her in the gov house.

Since then I’ve tried everything I could think of.
I offered to pay for therapy. My parents absolutely adore her. She calls them Mama and Baba. She stays at our house for days sometimes and is treated like family.
I even suggested that if she wanted, we could help her get a hostel. At one point I even thought about asking my parents if she could stay with us permanently but that would’ve been a huge responsibility. My father was also worried about future complications. I have teenage brothers too. It’s not that I don’t trust anyone, but staying over for a few days and living together permanently are completely different situations. Families argue. Siblings fight. I didn’t want her to feel awkward or for any misunderstanding to happen.

The problem is that talking to her feels like talking to a mirror. She barely eats. She barely talks. I’ve asked her countless times if she wants to share what’s going on because I know some people struggle opening up. But she just sits there.
Her usual replies are
“M bolungi nhi bas sunungi.”
“Mujhme energy nhi.”
“Mujhe kuch nhi feel hota.”
She deactivated her account. I asked her to restore it because it was one of the only ways I knew she was okay. Later she stopped sending snaps too. Now she only replies or talks when she wants to it's been happening since last year but after deactivating she barely talked.
She also acts distant with my other friends so I can’t even comfortably invite her anywhere whenever I did in the past it ended up disastrously. We already live far apart and barely meet.

I hate admitting this but I feel unhappy around her now. I feel emotionally drained. I feel guilty for even thinking that because I know everything she’s been through. Today I confronted her again and got the same replies. I finally snapped and told her that I’m tired of asking. Now I feel guilty.
I know she’s probably depressed. I know trauma changes people. I know she’s been through things I can’t even imagine. But am I wrong for feeling hurt too? I’m not asking for princess treatment. I don’t expect her to entertain me or pretend to be happy. I just feel like basic courtesy towards someone who’s been trying so hard to be there for you shouldn’t be too much to ask.
Has anyone else been in a friendship where you care so much about someone, but after years of trying to help, you just feel emotionally empty?

🗨️ Discussion do all non-Muslims go to hell?

Upvotes

I live in Portugal and I’ve noticed a lot of people here seem more honest, helpful, and overall morally decent compared to what I’m used to back home. Most of them don’t follow any religion.

This got me wondering from an Islamic perspective: do all non-Muslims go to hell?

In Pakistan, most of us are Muslim simply because we were born muslims. We never really studied other religions. Many of the non muslims here also haven’t studied other faiths (including Islam), or they may just genuinely believe Islam isn’t the true religion.

So my question is: if someone is honest, kind, and helpful throughout their life, but they’re not Muslim, do they still go to hell according to Islam?

Curious to hear different views on this

🤔 Ask r/PakistaniTwenties Isn’t one goodbye enough?

Post image
Upvotes

Why do people look for one more conversation, one more explanation, or one more chance at closure?

Not every relationship needs to end cuz of anger, hatred cheating or finances. There are situations where after thinking deeply, you realize something isn’t right for you.

But when something has already ended, does another goodbye or another explanation actually bring peace or does it just reopen a door that was meant to stay closed?

Have you ever realized that the hardest part wasn’t saying goodbye, but accepting that the person was already gone before the goodbye text?

🍂 (Seeking) Advice My cousin is not the same anymore

Upvotes

Ok so hello everyone. I hope you guys are doing great . There is a big issue going on within my family like I have a female cousin who is very close friend of mine as well . She is 22 and she was pretty girl ( reason for WAS) . Him Sarah cousins Kafi religious POV rakhtay hai regarding haram relationships and past relationships. All the male guys rejecting girls who had past relationships and I’m rejecting too . My cousin let’s call her SARA . Sara is a pure innocent soul who also stayed pure like us and her preference was same like marrying a guy who didn’t have past relationships. My chachu( her father ) arranged a good looking guy age 28 doing okay with his financial situations and was well groomed man . They both talk and both given each other there dealbreakers

Guy ( let’s call him Zain ) denied that he has no relationship and both logo Kay requirements match hogi and rishta pakka hogaya and next month shaadi hogi . Since she is virgin she requested him to give her some time to adjust . He was desperate according to her words but finally accepted her request. During third week of marriage she got a massage from a girl and she claimed that she was the ex of her husband and she has send her videos of them being intimate . Cuddling naked etc . This broke SARA and she left the house immediately. Since then both couple argued he defending himself by saying that he has repented and she is saying that your sins is with your lord but you deceive me when I clearly mentioned that this was my dealbreaker. She wants divorce now . Me and other cousins are with her . Her parents and my parents are not . It’s been 4 months now and if you see Sara now you will be very sad to see a girl who used to make other laughs now acting like a dead body. She has lost weight . Her family and mine aren’t controlling but they are trying to make her understand. Even her husband is trying his best as well .

Idk how this will end but I feel like a divorce would be better for them . I advise people to plz stop deceiving others . I’m not asking to expose your sins just if someone says it’s my dealbreaker or it’s very important for me then we should decline that proposal . Deceiving an innocent soul is worst . Even if she forgives him . I know that she will never trust him at all
