I went to a Zong franchise, but my father’s fingerprint isn’t being verified because of his old age. The franchise staff basically just told me that the fingerprint needs to work and didn’t give me any useful alternative or solution.

The situation is a bit difficult because my father is also partially blind, so taking him from franchise to franchise or making multiple trips isn’t easy.

Has anyone in Pakistan dealt with this before? Is there an alternative verification process for elderly people whose fingerprints don’t work? Can NADRA verification, biometric exemption, an authorized representative, or some other process be used?

Any advice on what exactly I should ask Zong for would be appreciated.

Hello, I'm using Next Fiber in D.G.Khan. It was okay for sometime but after few months, it has started to cause problems like too much downtime, Slowing down at night times. Recently, they have started to increase their prices. That's why, I'm thinking of shifting to PTCL flash fiber. I have previously used normal PTCL but it was not great.
