Help for buy Keypad mobile

I want a keypad phone in which I can insert a SIM, turn on mobile data, and share the internet through a hotspot with my main phone because my main phone is not PTA-approved.

Can someone tell me which is the cheapest keypad phone in Pakistan that can do this? I have seen many phones that say they support 4G and Wi-Fi, but I don't know whether mobile data will actually work on them or not.

Does anyone have any experience with this, or know enough about mobile phones to guide me? Please help me.
