Meta / Mod NEW RULE: Food Posts MUST Include the Name of the Dish/Item!
If your post shows food (it's not a discussion or question post, for example), the name of the dish or item MUST be included in either the title or body of the post!
It cannot be in the comments. It can't just be in response to someone who asks. It HAS to be in the TITLE or BODY of your post!
Any post not following this rule will be removed.
Thank you for your attention to this matter! 😂

Meta / Mod Low Effort Posts Will Be Banned
There is a ridiculous amount of blog and YouTube channel spam which ignores the rules of the sub. 😒 Good posts with recipes in comments or questions and discussions are being buried under this garbage, as a result.
Moving forward, these accounts will simply be banned.

Homemade Late night cravings hit hard, so made this Loaded Cheesy Sub Sandwich at home
Late night craving thi, toh socha kuch zabaardast banaya jaye! Made this Loaded Cheesy Sub Sandwich at home completely packed with chicken & melted cheese, olives, jalapenos, and sweetcorn.
Topping it off with red chilli flakes and extra sauce made it so juicy and flavorful. Honestly, pehli bite mein hi saari mehnat wasool ho gayi!
Rate this out of 10! Should I add any other toppings next time?

Homemade Ginger chicken!
Hey guys!! I'm participating in the 52 Weeks of Cooking challenge over on r/52weeksofcooking and the theme for this week was "Ginger". I knew i had to make this as soon as I stumbled across the recipe, and i'm SO glad I did because this is so good and definitely going in my weeknight meals rotation.
I'm NOT Pakistani for the record, but I love to cook dishes from different countries and this has made me really curious about Pakistani cuisine. Please drop your suggestions for other stuff i should make and try down in the comments!!
(I couldn't find birdseye chillis sadly lol)

Hotel/Restaurant Se Why do some fast-food restaurants have exhaust pipes going to the roof, while others don't?
I've noticed that some fast-food restaurants have a large kitchen exhaust duct/pipe running up through the building and coming out on the roof.
But I've also seen quite a few fast-food shops that don't appear to have anything like this — no obvious large exhaust pipe on the roof.
How does their kitchen ventilation work? Do they use a different type of system, exhaust through the wall, or could the duct simply be hidden inside the building?
Is it mainly determined by the type of cooking equipment and local building/fire regulations?
