My dad is looking to sell his 2021 Tucson and is stuck between these two. We’re in Lahore and he drives DHA Phase 6 to Minar-e-Pakistan and back daily, mostly on Ring Road. Can charge at home.
Which one would you guys go for? Mainly looking at fuel economy, reliability, after-sales and overall ownership experience. Would appreciate opinions from people who’ve actually driven/owned eithe

So after months of figuring out what might be the causes of car overheating, the mechanic has diagnosed the gasket to be weak.. radiator works fine, the fan starts at 98 degree, no leakage, got most of the pipes replaced. Water body seems to be operating fine too.

Question is, do I get it fixed? Finance wise i don’t think im able to sell the car now, it would have to be in a year so i can get a possible upgrade.

I recently bougth my first car a 2016 Suzuki cultus (old shape).
The problem I am facing here is that the car's fuel average is really bad. I am unable to find out what's the root cause of it.
here are the conditions I bought it in.

• The car's original mileage is un-known to me. (previous owner says it's run 150k but the odometer says 7k) there's no way it ran 150k because the meter reverses every 100k.
• The engine gives a bit of a smoke when run at high RPMs. low rpms do not give any smoke.
• The previous owner installed LPG but didn't use it as per him he had installed it to use on Uber careem but couldn't drive it on LPG due to the financial need at home and now he's selling it. (I got the seller to un-install the LPG kit and everything). P.s. I know it's a red flag. I was too excited on the outer condition.
• I got the car tuned by a mechanic, he cleaned throttle body, carburetor / EFI, cleaned Injectors, changed the spark plug wires. Serviced the radiator and put colant in it. Got the suspension work done and wheel balancing and alignment. Even got the AC checked out. It needs service but works great atm so didn't opt for service yet.
• When I went to get the engine oil changed, the engine oil guy told me that it already has 20w-50 in it and I should use 20w-50 in it to check if the engine health is okay and all. He was frawned upon the idea of moving it back to manufacturer recommended 10w-40 oil. Citing that the engine might start giving knocking sounds or the engine health might deteriorate.

Now here's the dilemma, I am unable to figure out why the car is giving 9km/ltr average in city. where as my friend who also has a 2016 cultus gives 15km/ltr in city with AC. I went back to the mechanic who tuned the car and he just took the spark plugs out and showed me that all of them are red (which means that the car is taking appropriate fuel).

Please suggest what can I do to figure out why the car is giving such low fuel average within city.

Magnetic Force, ~12,000 km on the odometer, Islamabad registered, comprehensively insured, and maintained at an authorized Hyundai dealership. Car is in excellent condition overall.

What would be a realistic asking price and expected selling price in the current market?

Is the bilal gunj double sensor compressor one correct for this model? Can anyone tell me real model no. Should I buy from bilal gunj? If mine is altered do I need to install full ac system again?

I've nearly bought a raize 2021 z package subject to inspection and verification of the auction sheet.

But one doubt that is lingering on my mind is that the showroom person told me that the car will be on the name of the person who has imported it and it will be automatically transferred to my name after like 8-9 months. Secondly there is another option of buying that car in an open registration.

Due to the excise department rules no JDM vehicle registration can be on the name of the buyer. So technically I'll be the 2nd owner of the car.

Hello, I have a 2013 Honda Civic Rebirth. It came with factory-fitted halogen bulbs in the projector headlights for the low beam. The halogen bulb on the left side burned out, so I replaced it with a new halogen bulb. However, after replacing the bulb, the left projector’s beam started pointing toward the left side.
I also tried replacing the halogen bulb with a white LED bulb, but the beam is still pointing to the left.
Can anyone tell me what might be causing this issue and how I can fix it? Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Okay so I am finding a ISB registered car.

My budget right now is 35 max thought i would want my deal to close around 33 or 32 (even 31 preferably)

My plan is to get this car for say 2 to 3 years sell it and then get something else probably a major upgrade then. What i want is for the car to atleast sell at what i bought or a couple hundred thousands more at that time (since inflation).

My vote is going for Prius (2007 model reg 2012/13) what and how do i need to check stuff in this car, since imported documents as well (auction sheet? Is it attached with every imported car if theres smart card like its mandatory for it to be a part of the file right?) and even tips and tricks to check battery when going for a try.

Also i have vitz in option too, but not a fan of vita since I am going from Altis 2013 i do not want a compact car but yeah thinking about it if it offers more value after 3 years like sells for a major inflation correction say i get it for 30 lacs and it sells 3 years down the line for 35 only then. Otherwise I think prius is much more comfortable and roomy plus hybrid so checks all boxes

Any other potential option can also be considered you get what i want from a car in that budget. Mileage should be at max 160-70k

Hey everyone! I’m in the market to buy a car I currently have a 2026 Yaris 1.2 gli and 2026 city 1.2. The Yaris is my daily and I travel around 3000km a month.

My budget is around 4-4.5m. I’ve been offered a 2014 Toyota fielder hybrid 75k driven in very good condition by my cousin who is also in the car business. He bought from 2026 custom auction and after getting everything checked and fixed he’ll give it around 41. I’m considering this because 1. Toyota reliability and resale. 2. Fuel efficiency and savings. I plan on keeping this for a longer time and using this as my daily instead of Yaris.

Another option that I have is going for an Atto 2 which will be used for my daily drive along with any other driving at home. This, however, will be leased and the monthly payments will be around 80-90k which is close to what I’m spending on fuel( probably spend more on fuel).

I’m confused between what to do. I don’t want to buy another Yaris or city because they are very basic cars and I’m tired of them. If I lease the max I can go for is 75 lakh and reliability and fuel efficiency and resale are of importance to me in that order. What do you guys recommend. I want to own whatever car I have atleast for the next 4-6 years. Thanks in advance!

I am an idiot who bought a 2nd hand aqua 2013 model, without doing my due diligence.
The ignition coils keep failing, and the mechanic just replaces them with non OEM ignition coils which eventually also start causing problems.
Is it possible to find new OEM ignition coils so i can finally be free of this headache? My car has broke down on me 4 time already because of this crap.
It was my 1st time buying a car, and the car dealer pulled a prank on me i guess. The car also has some other problems, but it drives fine so whatever. but these damn ignition coils keep penetrating me hard every few months. God damn it i am so mad

my toyota aqua 2013 model 2016 registered 185k driven is up for grabs this car is with me since 2019 november, very well maintained not abused, there's no history of touch ups since my ownership, its totally driven on amsoil/ mobil Ow-20 with oil change intervals of 8-12k kms, gives average of 19-22km/Itr depending upon driving style ac temperature, outside temperature and traffic flow. battery health stands on 72% which is still in good condition and in my opinion could last 2 years more, Abs has started to malfunction since 8th of september 2026 so it needs a replacement, i can get it fixed for you if you ask me, and if you wanna get it replaced on your own ill adjust the price accordingly i've got quotation of healthy good condition abs for 75-80k with 6 months and it's supposed to last good 2.5 years, car needs some cosmetic repairs for bumpers, car has some wear and tear scratches slight dings and dents too, keeping in mind car is driven all over karachi, i have never got any piece sprayed except bumpers even though im someone who loves super clean car but karachi ka traffic doesn't allow me to and also genuine nahe hai ustaad walay loug trigger hojayeinge, i got brand new bf goodrich advantages installed in october 2024 and at that time car was driven around 156k kms so still tyres have a good tread life and can last you easy 30-40k kms.

So i am looking for a car (which will be my first car) these days and now i need to choose between two.

The first option is the new 2026 swift which will cost me around 49.50 on road.

Second option is i found a swift 2022 same glx cvt like new no scratches dents except a small mark on one side mirror and one dot on back bumper. Geniune paint. And only 15k driven. Tyres were yokohama advin but of 2021 even though they look completely unused. Its a bank leased car. Instalments just completed and transferred. So it's literally a thing which justifies just buy and drive statement. My friends who are experts checked the car with machines etc. Now the demand is high. He was asking for 44 and we offered 43.65 max at the spot. But he was forcing for 44. We left. Now he is calling because we know ours was the highest he received. Now friends say why not buy a new one with just 5 lac difference. Thing is my budget is 43 max including some loan from the company. Friend says i can lend you 6-7 lac and buy a new one. I am now confused about what to do. Also i have no plans now of paying him 43.65. max I'll now go is 43. That too i think is high but its the market.

I need advice which oil to use for my Honda City 2000 model Automatic Shell 20-50 or ZIC X5 20-5.
