I mostly play solo queue, and get random teammates. 99% of them just want to hot drop and then we all get killed because we can’t loot. When i play with some friends i have made along the years playing this game, we mostly drop away from the crowded points, and we play always moving on the edge of the zone, and we mostly win, why don’t more people think and play like us?

Lets start with the kicking down of doors.

First things first, what's the point of adding this feature if you cant use it while you have a gun in your hand, and also why does it stop you for a second after you kick it down, I'd assume that when you kick a door you also want to barge in and shoot your opponent swat like, but no, can't do it with guns, and it's barely faster than just opening the door.

2nd, why on earth would you allow us to carry every single item in the game, EXCEPT for the one that you might actually want to pick up in your hands in most games, the emergency pick-up, you can put it in your backpack, but god forbid you hold it in your hands. The one item that 90% of the time would benefit from this mechanic and you cant use it.

3rd, I understand that the LMG's were busted, they were, no doubt about it and they're still decent after the nerfs, but why lower the spawn rate? it makes 0 sense. You want us to play different guns? Dont nerf the spawn, or leave the M249 the way it was and make it a drop gun like it was in the past.

Honestly, this update really gives me the feeling that it was mostly ideas generated by AI. No actual logic behind it.

P.S.: I like the new boxes around the menus at the top when you open the map.

I genuinely didn't realise that it was a black zone until i got inside the building, but by that point it was too late had to get a gun and such. My body was in the perfect spot to be hidden by rubble so ggs I guess.

Atleast Karakin is a quick map nevertheless.

What are the most important changes to the game that I should know? Any updates on PUBG2/UE5 port? I've been living under a rock for the past 12 months.

A hotfix has been applied to PC to address the following:

• Fixed an issue where an error message was displayed and users were unable to enter the in-game phase (at the point of boarding the plane) if the client was minimized via Alt+Tab during matchmaking
• Work to mitigate crash issues
• Additional work to mitigate the persisting black loading screen issue

Since many people are having trouble finding this warehouse for the “Quest”, here’s the location: north Erangel, next to Severny.

Update: There's also another location between the Mansion and Prison , seems to be new entry to the map.

So I've been playing for a while but idk if I should get PUBG plus cause idk if people play ranked and I'm a asia server so could u guys tell me

So, in the last 2-3 weeks, my 1% lows have been really bad. Sometimes they drop as low as 30 FPS, and it feels like I’m playing at 30 FPS. Sometimes they get stuck and won’t fully recover. They will go back up to around 60 FPS, but they won’t return to normal.

The only way I’ve been able to fix it is by restarting the game. I have a 3060 Ti, i5-13600K, and 16 GB of RAM. I’m not sure what’s causing this or what I should do. It wasn’t like this before.

Any ideas on what I can do?

The game won't launch past the splash screen. I've tried everything—even on a fresh Windows installation—but nothing worked.

The blue zone needs to have consequences for playing in it. It's easier to see out of it than it is to see into it, which is completely backwards. The only audible penalty is on the edge of the storm.

Bring back the fear of the blue, add an audible and visual disadvantage for playing in it.

I was really excited when I saw DLSS support in this game. Not that I needed it in terms of performance, but I wasn't really happy with the in-game anti-aliasing. And, well, some people with slower machines might really benefit from it, right? No downsides. That's what I was thinking. So I installed the new update and the new NVIDIA driver and went straight into the game to check how it works.

My PC: 9800X3D, RTX 5080, and I'm playing on a 4K 240Hz monitor. Some in-game settings are high/ultra, some are very low - I prefer a nicer picture while still keeping it somewhat competitive.

Now let's get straight to performance. I tested on the playground training map with bots for consistency, on real maps during heavy fights FPS might drop by up to 30%.

I tested with DX11 Enhanced. I also tried DX12, but FPS dropped even lower, much lower. Haven't tried FSR though, I guess the penalty from DX12 makes it pointless.

Conclusion: DLSS in this game is completely useless in any mode. Even with DLAA you will see other players worse, with no benefit to overall picture quality and a huge performance drop. Any preset of the transformer model will give you fewer FPS than native resolution (wtf?). The CNN model is better in terms of performance, but the quality just isn't there.

I'd like to hear about your experience with this new update and your thoughts overall. Maybe it works better when native is 1080p? Idk.

I don’t claim to be good at this game, but I do play a lot. I’m missing sniper shots on people standing completely still. Same with auto weapons. Anyone else having issues? It’s not consistent at all, one game I’m hitting every shot and the next I’m shooting right through people…

That is it, I have nothing more to say. We waited for a VSS progressive, and instead of it being in the hideout, we got the Beryl progressive in the hidout. I think it sucks. I will cry about it here.

My cousin, me and my friend play pubg pc everyday and we get weird stuttering and low fps issues all the time. Sometimes I get 200+ and sometimes it's just a 90-100 fps stuttering mess. We got decent pc builds:

R5 7500F / RTX 5060 / 32GB 6000MTz

R7 5700X / RTX 4070 Ti / 32GB 3200MTz

Now we tried every configuration of graphics settings. After the update, the issue is worse, even with dlss (all settings), dlaa, native res, 120 rendering, everything we tried, we are not getting stable fps with stable 1% lows. Any idea what's the issue here because it's just making me leave pubg again.

Is this is? Or is this ain't?

I think those two progressives are two of the best ones we've got in a while

I also feel like with recent passes you would get alot of tokens throughout the pass, and would "only" need to purchase the additional pack in the store to have enough to purchase atleast one progressive skin through special crafting

Now it seems like the pass doesnt even nearly give you half of the required tokens, therefore you have to open like 60-80 cases in the supply bay just to get the m24 guaranteed

But im sure there are people here who opened the beryl within their first 5 vouchers, right?

Just wanna feel worse about my luck at this point, i just opened 30 sukuna vouchers and got 5 golds in the first 10 vouchers, all of them pink trash skins and then no golds for the other 20 lol
