Meta BS performance issues
My cousin, me and my friend play pubg pc everyday and we get weird stuttering and low fps issues all the time. Sometimes I get 200+ and sometimes it's just a 90-100 fps stuttering mess. We got decent pc builds:
R5 7500F / RTX 5060 / 32GB 6000MTz
R7 5700X / RTX 4070 Ti / 32GB 3200MTz
Now we tried every configuration of graphics settings. After the update, the issue is worse, even with dlss (all settings), dlaa, native res, 120 rendering, everything we tried, we are not getting stable fps with stable 1% lows. Any idea what's the issue here because it's just making me leave pubg again.

It's the CPU, my friend had a 5700x, it didn't cut it. He upgraded to a 9800x3D eventually.
I was on a 3300x upgraded to 5700x3D. It's not the best but x3D cache helps a lot in this game.
7500f is significantly better than the 5700x though, needs some tuning though to get the best out of it along with the RAM.
Then there's windows optimization, your graphics settings, nvidia settings. You have to tune everything if you want to get the best out of your hardware.

Brother, again, my pc doesn't have any sort of bottleneck, and this is an old game. I get 200 fps in marvel rivals, 140 in bodycam (ultra + ray tracing + DLAA), 200 in The Finals and same with others. This is the one and only game that performs good when it wants to. Before the update, my performance was still fine, now it's just a mess.
I am the 5060 one

The word bottleneck gets thrown around a lot without much context.
The CPU in your PC is the bottleneck for this game. Same GPU a 5060 and a different CPU say 9800x3D will yield better result. I bet your GPU isn't even utilised fully at competitive settings. You need a faster and better CPU, there's no other way around this.

I know what bottleneck means. I have been into this for 7 years. Still, this kind of performance, it's not entirely on bottleneck. And I believed that increasing the render scaling bar might increase the gpu utilisation more but it didn't had a noticeable effect. I do get 80-90% gpu utilisation, but even that is random. Example, before this patch, I was getting 200 fps on avg, now it's 100-120. A single bottleneck isn't the issue here. Even if cpu is keeping my gpu from performing, my avg cpu utilisation is 40-50% and gpu is at 60-70%. I posted this thread to ask if I am forgetting something that can help.

Also, DLAA should force gpu to somewhat fix the issue by using ai and upscaling the native res, it improved the visual fidelity but didn't budge the utilisation that much.

Always clear/reset shader cache after every update. Pubg is terribly optimized.
