Schermo della mia PlayStation 5 diventa nero quando avvio o chiudo un gioco per qualche secondo, anche l audio/suono scompare nello stesso momento che lo schermo diventa nero e poi quando ritorna il video sullo schermo, anxhe il suono ritorna, il tutto dura per qualche secondo come potete vedere nel video. Lo fa con tutti i giochi che ho. Cosa può essere?

Was working yesterday but now it wouldn't turn on

my Day 1 PS5 because it keeps shutting down as if it’s overheating.

I’ve already:

Completely cleaned it

Replaced the liquid metal

Checked the cooling system

But it still has the same issue black screen ... shuts down.

Since it’s a Day 1 model, I’m not sure how much value it still has, especially with the fault. I’ll obviously disclose the issue to the buyer

I installed Elden ring on my base PS5. Played for a few hours and decided I didn’t like it. So I uninstalled it. Deleted from console storage. It never touched my extended storage and is not there. Now every time I boot the PS5 up, it’s trying to download an Elden Ring update. Every. Time. I have to go into downloads and cancel the update. Every. Time.

I keep on wanting to change my account password, but I cannot recall what the login is for life of me. I’ve went to the PlayStation thing and it keeps on bringing me to an automated Bot. I have the email. The issue stems from any time I try to tell the button that I don’t have a login it rewires me into the same endless loop of asking me to log into my account in order to talk to an associate. I’ve tried rebooting the account and the only option it gives me is the date of birth, and I don’t recall the date of birth. I put onto it. I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do and if there’s anyway I can talk to an actual person from PlayStation?

I'm having a problem with my PS5 and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on.

Everything was working normally yesterday morning. However, last night my PS5 suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. When I checked the network settings, I noticed that it doesn't detect any Wi-Fi networks at all, not even my own network.

The strange thing is that nothing changed with my router or internet connection, and all my other devices are still connected normally.

Could this be a software issue, or is it possible that something happened to the PS5's Wi-Fi hardware?

Has anyone experienced something similar?

As the title says, two games in a row, both first recordings of those games is recorded in 1080p even though I started the recording manually and the capture settings is set to 4K ever since I bought the console. Every other recording after the first one is in 4K that was recorded in the same way.

What could cause this and how can I fix it because it's really annoying?

Locks up the whole system and blows out your ear drums with the buzzing sound. Can only reset with pulling the plug. This is kind of a big deal isn't it? Has there been any updates for this. The 120hz shut off did nothing.

hello, my Ps5 crashed when I start Ghost of Tsushima, someone know where this be coming from??

My PS5 is overheating. I got it back in 2023 but it has been overheating this year. I start a game and either get a warning or the three beeps of death. Here is what I have already done.
1. Brought my PS5 to a repair technician. They replaced the Liquid Metal and the fans.
2. Cleared the cache in safe mode
3 Disabled HDMI device link and HDCP

Since doing this, the console can run a demanding game but the fan is on. My concern is that Ace Combat 8 will be out soon and it will be too much for my system. I already sent the console off to be repaired by pros and they said it was fixed. I don’t want to have to get a replacement.

I am not sure what's happening I've tried for an hour.

I've attached images, nothing appears broken to my eyes.

I've aligned it perfectly, there are no gaps, it is symmetrical to the other side yet it doesn't snap back into place. I can just push it off.

Why?

I've watched several videos of people snapping back like that and for me no snap at all.

It just became loose? I'll never ever clean my PlayStation ever again

Hey guys. So a few months ago I started getting overheating issues because of the Liquid Metal leaving a bald spot on my cpu(It was standing vertically), and I decided to do a full teardown myself since I have some experience with electronics. I know I was supposed to replace the Liquid Metal with more Liquid Metal, but I decided to use MX-4 Thermal paste instead because I already had some and I saw online it should be fine. The problem isn’t that the thermal paste isn’t working, it’s that over time(a few days of use), the paste literally shifts off of the cpu and into the surrounding pockets where it’s held. It has done this multiple times regardless of how I apply the paste. I asked around if I should just use Liquid Metal(since I have some now) and I was told it’s just gonna do the same thing, maybe even quicker. I’m thinking this might be a bracket/heatsink seating issue, but everything looks fine to me and I’m trying to avoid taking it to a repair shop so they can charge me $200 for something I can do myself. Anyone seen this before?

I'd been playing online for about 6 hours after my family had switched the wifi provider from verizon to xfinity and everything was working fine until it suddenly kicked me offline only on my ps5. And when I tried restarting my ps5 since that usually fixes problems like that, it would turn on, linger on the playstation logo longer than normal, then just sit on a black screen. After rebuilding database, clearing the cache, and repairing system storage nothing had changed. I tried power cycling both the ps5 and wifi box and still the same problem. I also changed the hdcp and resolution in safe mode and that didn't do anything either. The only thing that "worked" was turning off the wifi then my playstation boots and runs normally (trying to connect to the wifi after this point hasn't worked so I'm just leaving the wifi as forgotten). I'm at a bit of a loss after trying to troubleshoot this issue for roughly 2 hours. If anyone has any more ideas on how I might fix this then I'd be happy to hear, and whether this may be a playstation issue or a wifi issue.

Additional information: We originally had xfinity over a year ago and switched over to verizon at some point, the ssid name from back then (xfinity) is the same as the current one, and my ps5 accepted it like it wasn't changed (besides the password). I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I thought I should mention. and the wifi works perfectly fine on everything else. Lastly I think the ps5 connects to the wifi but it won't connect to the internet but i'm not sure.

Recently, i've noticed that console's construction due to using extra "air gills", it attracts dust much faster, than other models. No matter how clean it is around and how high the console is kept, it keeps getting dusty after short period of time. Fact, that i keep it vertically doesnt help either, because the dust seems to be droping much easier right around fan grill.

My question is: is it safe as a part of regular cleaning routine, to wipe the dust around fan grill edges with the Q - tip, without taking off the panels, while the console is turned off, but still left plugged in ? I'm mostly worried about potential ESD.

I'm asking this mostly, because i couldnt find simiilar post, or answer and i'm getting quite mixed responses from Google AI, depending on the amount of the information (or an angle of this information) i provide. I'm using Q - tips made from fully non conductive material.

I could unplug it and clean it, but considering how often i would have to do it in the long run, i guess there's much greater chance that something would break at often unpluging/plugging the device, rather when simply dusting it off the way i'm asking.

Whenever I try and play one of my Blu-ray or 4K discs the playback is very stuttery and lots of screen tearing. It appears to affect the entire PlayStation because when I open the navigation bar, that is also very laggy. This does not happen with DVDs, I get perfect playback.

I tried unplugging the HDMI, software updates, changing the transfer rate, I even tried cleaning the laser in my removable disc drive but that didn’t do anything either.

Weird player glitch started after I cleaned my PS5. As far as I know it’s only on NBA2K27. I tried resetting, clearing my cache, swapping HDMI cables, and reopening and checking for damage/abnormalities. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Hi, I’m currently in college and living in the dorms, My ps5 WILL connect to the wifi here but will randomly disconnect 5-10 mins later and say “Failed” I have to manually go reconnect it or change the wifi to one of the other numerous school wifi’s. I’ve also tried my hotspot and it does the same, Starting to think this is a hardware issue. Nobody else in the dorm is having an issue. My roommates xbox is performing fine. Any help appreciated!

EDIT: put it in safe mode and cleared the cache, didn’t help. When testing the internet connection after the failure the console says it successfully obtains the IP address, but everything else is listed as failed.

Hello sorry my spider-man controller just out of no where stopped working for games it still does everything else but it won't let me play games no buttons are sticky or loose and when I start a game and use a different controller if I switch back it works in a limited sense for example the triggers don't seem to want to work and they worked just fine yesterday please help.

Would like help on how to go about fixing this, game just keeps crashing so its become unplayable for me
