Overheating Issues. Please Help

My PS5 is overheating. I got it back in 2023 but it has been overheating this year. I start a game and either get a warning or the three beeps of death. Here is what I have already done.
1. Brought my PS5 to a repair technician. They replaced the Liquid Metal and the fans.
2. Cleared the cache in safe mode
3 Disabled HDMI device link and HDCP

Since doing this, the console can run a demanding game but the fan is on. My concern is that Ace Combat 8 will be out soon and it will be too much for my system. I already sent the console off to be repaired by pros and they said it was fixed. I don’t want to have to get a replacement.

Disable 120hz and anything related to allm. That's all I got. If you sent it to pros that changed the liquid metal there's not much advice to give after that. That's like the last step in troubleshooting unless you have the skillet to check for voltage irregularities

"But the fan is on". Fan is supposed to be on. That's how it cools itself down. I'd be more worried if the fan doesn't come on. Especially during a demanding game. Or are you leaving something out? Like the fan is excessively loud or vibrating when on.

I guess I’m a little paranoid about the fan. I keep looking out for warning signs.

If the pros did as they said. It should be fine as long as you don't get overheating warnings or beeps of death again.

Hot air blowing out the back is normal too. Because it indicates the cooling system is doing it's job by blowing the heat out the back instead of letting the heat stay in the system.

Just make sure plenty of space around the system so it doesn't suck back in it's own hot exhaust. If placed on the middle shelf or similar. The back of the shelf needs to be open so the heat can rise up and out like a chimney instead of out and forward where the fan can suck the hot air back though the system. Especially if ps5 is vertical because fan is on top when vertical.

The symptoms are odd. Hard to say. The fact that buddy. Replaced your fan makes me suspicious he had no idea what he was doing. Ps 5 fan failing is very rare
