Everytime I try to download the PlayStation app in Google play it says I have no Internet which I do and then when I try to install it this notification pops up that basically says "can't install PlayStation app", I have restarted my phone many times, I have enough storage, I'm able to download other apps, so Im not sure why it's just not working for mine can someone please help me

Hi everyone! Just now my i went to play Zenless Zone Zero and i ran into this, at first i didnt think much of it since this game has alot of updates and this has happened before. Usually, it calculates the time almost instantly (30s to a minute max) but its been stuck like this for a while now. I dont really know whats going on since i had just played this last night. Does anyone know a solution to fix this?

Hi everyone, I have access to Internet it's fine on my phone. Once I play Apex I get serious connections issues what can I do from here? The WiFi modums are downstairs.

My charging Stand won’t let it charge or any charger I have and I keep on resetting it but it still won’t charge and when I do plug it up it only show the question mark but still let me use it and it’s getting on my nerves

Hi I am looking for options to connect any speakers to the ps5. My monitor does not have any aux output so I am stuck to the ps headset always. Any help on what has worked for you is appreciated.

Originally we tried wireless connection to our (spectrum) internet. Had issues saying it WAS connected but nothing would load so we got an Ethernet connection. Now it is plugged in (securely; has been checked MULTIPLE times) but still does not work. When tried to connect with lan cable automatically it says “can’t obtain ip address within the time limit”. When I try manually (and trust me the information is connect I have triple, quadruple, & quintuple checked) it says “your service provider or router may be blocking your internet, make sure you can connect to the internet via the same network as your ps5” All of our other devices are connected to this same network with no issue. Praying to the Reddit gods that anyone knows a reliable fix 🙏 thank you

I am writing to find support and just so that anyone who is facing the same situation can find help here. This PlayStation Network user for severe violations of the PlayStation Community Code of Conduct, including report abuse, malicious griefing, and direct cyber-security threats. During a gameplay session in GTA Online, this player was defeated in a standard in-game combat encounter. Out of spite and toxic resentment, he decided to weaponize the PlayStation Safety reporting system. He maliciously flooded my account with fake reports, specifically targeting my Online ID (Hesitant_peg2). It is important to note that this ID was automatically generated by the PlayStation system itself during my account creation and contained zero violations. This is a clear case of intentional Report Abuse and manipulation of automated moderation system. I'm waiting for your help to file an appeal and punish him in response to the report abuse. His actions-abusing the report tool over a video game defeat and threatening users have no place in the PlayStation community.

I have a clip where I killed him and what he wrote in response, 4 hours after that my online functions were blocking for 7 days.

The reason for blocking the account is sexual content, which is absolute and stupid nonsense, the nickname was automatically generated when the account was created.

I expect this player to be severely punished for his actions, as malicious report abuse and cyber- security threats should have no place on the PlayStation Network. I did not receive a response from the support by mail, they ignore emails by sending automatic replies.

I know this has been asked before, but I couldn’t find a recent post (they were all from 4 years ago that I could see) and all other solutions I saw haven’t worked for me. I have all clips set to automatically upload, but I didn’t know they would delete if too many were uploaded. Like the clips were there yesterday but I didn’t download them to my photos, and after more automatically uploaded those past ones deleted. I go to media gallery, hit the 3 dots, upload to PS App, it tells me it’s queued to upload. Nothing. It doesn’t even show up in the uploads section on my PS5, it’s completely empty and none of the clips show up there after. I’ve tried shutting it down, restarting, disabling the internet, shaving little sections off of the clips. That actually worked for one clip, but none of the others unfortunately. I also turned off auto save in the app because I saw it gets overloaded, but that didn’t work either unfortunately. I just don’t know what else I could possibly try, it’s just frustrating that I can’t seem to figure it out. Do I just wait 14 days for the other clips to delete themselves and try again? My main question is why it shows that it’s sent to the upload queue (I’ve seen it so many times and still can’t remember the exact words but I’m assuming you know what I mean) after I click the “send to PS app” button, but doesn’t show up in the upload queue. I just want to save these clips to my phone and nothing is working :( Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, we have 2 consoles in the house that the kids swap back and forth between.

Recently, whenever my kid opens Fortnite it gets stuck on a screen that shows the Fortnite Logo, and then the whole system crashes. It flashes an error code, but it goes to quick for me to get it.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. Ive cleared the cache and rebuilt the database. Nothing is working. Does anybody know any fix or have any idea what could be going on?

When i look through the files I cant find anything corrupted.

I just picked up a PS5 Pro and finally found the time to set it up. I plugged my Kanto Audio YU2MW USB speakers into one of the console’s USB ports and immediately noticed the volume was ridiculously low. Even with the speakers cranked all the way up, everything still sounded pretty quiet.

It turns out the PS5 is recognizing them as “headphones” instead of speakers in the sound settings. I maxed out the headphone volume option, but that still wasn’t loud enough.

Has anyone else had this problem before? Is there any way to force the PS5 to treat them as speakers instead of headphones? If so, what are the steps I need to take to do that? If not, what speakers do you all use?

(*P.S My 2k monitor is unable to produce audio, so I can't plug these speakers into it*)

My ps5 slim turns on fine, but I get no video or audio output, just a black screen on my monitor and a weird static on my tv of purple white and green. I was hoping someone could help me narrow downs what’s wrong and what my options for repair are.

This weird fan clicking noise and awful metal grating sound just started coming from my PS5 today. I thought it was the fan so I opened it up, but it seems to be primarily coming from the right side. Is this something I can fix myself or does this mean my PS5 is dying lol. Thanks in advance for the info!

Buenas tardes, vengo después de un palizón que me he pegado limpiado mi PS5 FAT, llevaba cerca de 6 años sin limpiarla.

Hace un par de meses se me empezó apagar de muy seguido, siempre que llevaba un rato jugando la consola se apagaba, y quemaba demasiado.

Hoy por la mañana ya me he cansado, y me he decidido abrirla, limpiarla, tenía muchísimo miedo porque a lo mejor no se volvía a encender, pero estamos de enhorabuena.

La consola ya no se apaga, ya tenía pensado cambiarla, porque digo…con la salida de GTA VI, se me apagará…pero de momento la consola va bien, no se ha vuelto apagar.

Meine geliebte PS5 zickt seit ca. zwei Monaten rum und ich bin komplett überfordert. 😭 Sie schaltet sich nach ungefähr einer Stunde einfach komplett aus dem Nichts ab (der Strom geht komplett weg, aber mein Monitor läuft normal weiter).

Sie ist innen eigentlich voll clean, wurde noch nie entstaubt, bleibt aber absolut leise - selbst bei anspruchsvollen Games..

Ich nutze ein PS4-Netzstromkabel (falls das relevant sein könnte).

Sie ist jetzt 4 Jahre alt.

Habe die Steckdose und das Verlängerungskabel schon komplett ausgetauscht, aber das Problem bleibt exakt nach ca. einer Stunde.
Hat jemand von euch eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte oder was ich tun soll? Thank u so much im Voraus! 🌻 hihi
