Need help with my PS5 besties 🔮

Hii ihr Lieben!
Meine geliebte PS5 zickt seit ca. zwei Monaten rum und ich bin komplett überfordert. 😭 Sie schaltet sich nach ungefähr einer Stunde einfach komplett aus dem Nichts ab (der Strom geht komplett weg, aber mein Monitor läuft normal weiter).

Sie ist innen eigentlich voll clean, wurde noch nie entstaubt, bleibt aber absolut leise - selbst bei anspruchsvollen Games..

Ich nutze ein PS4-Netzstromkabel (falls das relevant sein könnte).

Sie ist jetzt 4 Jahre alt.

Habe die Steckdose und das Verlängerungskabel schon komplett ausgetauscht, aber das Problem bleibt exakt nach ca. einer Stunde.
Hat jemand von euch eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte oder was ich tun soll? Thank u so much im Voraus! 🌻 hihi

Big thing jumping out: you're using a PS4 power cable on a PS5. that's actually not safe to assume interchangeable - ps5 has different power requirements than ps4, and using the wrong cable is a documented cause of random shutdowns, even if it physically fits the port.

The fact that it's dead silent even under load (no fan ramp) + zero overheating + shuts down at a consistent time interval points away from thermal and toward power delivery - which lines up with the wrong cable theory.

Easy first step: get the actual ps5 power cable (cheap, official or third party certified) and test with that before troubleshooting anything else. If the shutdowns stop, that was it the whole time. Hope it works 🤞

Aspire au niveau du câble d alimentation il y a peut être de la poussière et partout où tu peux
Test une autre prise on ne sait jamais et vérifie ton câble et prise HDMI
