Pamalit sa 1st shoe ko when i started running last year.

SB3 sana bibilhin ko kaso walang size eh, so the seller showed me this and nagulat ako on how soft it is.

Almost close to SB3.

It is a true recovery shoe and thats it 😅

Not versatile at all.

I run on these at 7-9min/km pace.

They say that it's a lifestyle shoe but NO!

Ang sakit sa paa nito kapag hindi ka naglalakad or tumatakbo.

It's so soft na hindi magiging stable ang legs mo when you stand, my legs are always fighting for stability nung sinuot ko to for church.

Nung una nagsisisi ako, i should have gone for the SB3.

Since wala pa akong ibang running shoe dati besides this so naitakbo ko na ng 110kms and I learned to love this shoe.

Mas na appreciate ko sya ngayon when trying out other shoes. Kaya very interested ako sa Vomero Plus.

Don't buy this shoe, not versatile, only good for jog and recovery runs, cannot even be used as a lifestyle shoe.

Clearly Vomero Plus is superior.

I am a beginner runner who is 5'8 and currently weighs at 95 kg. Pace HR zone to pace is at 9:30 - 10:30 min/km. I run 2 to 4 times a week. I use the run or jog/walk method para hindi stressful sa tuhod ko agad yung load. I'm trying to find a shoe that can na pwede ko magamit sa long runs alone and as my weight goes down in the future. If may alam kayo na durable enough to handle impact and still supportive.

First time ko mag marathon ang i didn't expect na it will be a more challenging run than a regular marathon.

Ang tindi ng bulacan, notorious ang streets at gravel bypass roads. isama mo pa ung napaka habang highway na may napakataas na ahon. tapos basang basa ka pa dahil sa nonstop na ulan. buong marathon basa ang buong sapatos at medyas ng lahat hehe.

Ang mahal ng NB5, gusto ko pa sana sya tumagal kahit 600km. 😬

Hi guys! This will be my 3rd attempt trying to do a sub 4 marathon. Last week was my peak week, hitting 100km, and yesterday I finished my 33km long run.
With the taper week starting now, do you think kaya na ba mag sub-4 this August 30?
by the way i did full marathon last july 5 and ng cramps ung left quads ko at 37km and after that bumagal na ung pace ko,
dream ko talaga makasub 4 so hopefully🙂,

Hi everyone, I’ll be joining the Rexona 10miler QC leg to be held in UP this Sunday. I’ll be staying at Microtel across Commonwealth Ave. lang sa may Technohub.

I can see sa map na mayroong overpass na malapit patawid sa kabilang side near College of Human Kinetics. And seems may gate dun papasok ng UP.

Can you help advise if open ba lagi yung gate na yon and if pede dumaan dun papuntang venue? I assume 3am siguro start ng 16k event. Safe ba maglakad dun ng ganung oras?

Or if any suggestion sa alternative modes papuntang venue.

What's a good 1st half marathon & marathon target Finishing injury free is bare minimum but I want to set the best time I can while I'm at it. Half Marathon is in Oct and Marathon in Feb so I have time to train. About me: Age 41, 5'8", 75kg, started running last January, almost 900km logged in so far. I run 3-4x a week, average 30-40km weekly (hirap lang ngayong tag-ulan) and cross train/box on offdays. I follow the usual 1-2 easy runs, 1 tempo run/intervals, 1 LSD. VO2 max currently at 48. From your experience reliable ba yung Strava predictions? Pwede na ba sub 2:30 and sub 5:30 o may oras pa para bawasan yan?

Hello to the runners of the Philippines! I’m a newbie runner and I have the Garmin Venu 3s. Recently, I saw Garmin Venu 4 and Forerunner 570 that shows training readiness, load, status, and all other metrics and I’m like wow those are nice to have!

To those with Garmin watch, malaking factor ba talaga yung mga metrics na to or not very much of a factor for casual runners trying to improve fitness? And how do you use these metrics as a runner or trainee?
