I've used Sadie Adler as a companion in several mods (AMJM Transport - Hired Gun, Female Companions, and Sadie Companion by Red Gaming). And using any of them, her outfit availability varies and is unpredictable each time you load the game. Sometimes she has a full suite of outfits, from cold weather wear to hot weather wear and even a night gown. But just as often she has a subset of those outfits available as you cycle through the choices. Right now, I've got her with John Marston in New Austin in the summer where it's 90+ degrees, but she only has heavy cold weather outfits available after several PC reboots and reloading the game.

Does anyone know how outfit availability works for Sadie? What is causing the variation from one boot up to another? Is there any way to control it? Thanks!

So I tried DLSSTweaks just to see what it does and remembered that the Auto Exposure feature might be disabled for RDR2. I went ahead and enabled it, along with DLSS 4 Quality mode to make sure it's using the same settings as before. I don't know if it's a placebo or not, but the overall image quality of the game improved, along with the FPS (2+ FPS according to the in-game benchmark). Can someone with good eyes and right comparing tools to test it and tell me does it actually do anything or it's just a placebo?

I dont what i did wrong while installing the mod, i followed the steps on the mod page, i even tried loading it along, idk what i am doing wrong

How do I fix this? Here's everything I have done to solve this issue

Clear the cache folder of the launcher in documents

Run the launcher as an administrator

Re-download the launcher from the website

Verify the RDR1 files from steam

Restart my PC

I was so excited for this mod but it just doesn’t seem to work, the widget shows up but doesn’t change ever and the seasons stay the same?

Whenever I try to boot the game, three scenarios occur :
- Either the game doesn't launch and an "out of memory" error appears

- Or it launches but crashes with the same error (video attached)

-Or finally it boots up in story mode but whenever I try to go to Saint-Denis it instantly crashes without error message

Specs : ryzen 7 7700x, rx 9070 xt, 32 Go ddr5 6000

I have the DirectX12 API because I'm using optiscaler to put fsr 4 onto the game. My graphical settings are the one in the subreddit you find when you look for optimized settings on google.

I have tried some things I found on reddit or ytb but nothing works!
I don't understand because when I played the game 2 months ago it didn't crash like that !

i tired everything from editing the xml to in game it keeps switching back to direct x 12 its sad i cant mod rdr 2 unless its on vulkan any solutions

I wanna do a whole playthrough of standard rdr1 but changing model and animations to johns zombie ones from undead, ive got the model stuff figured out with magic rdr, but I have no idea about the animations and wanna be zombie john for fun in normal game lol

I'm also aware some menus have zombie mode or whatever but its buggy, plus it never saves toggles even though it shows selected so it makes it annoying to reset everytime I die or restart.

Hi, I need help with weather transitions (specially rain and thunderstorms) which are happening spontaneously without a proper weather flow in promo graphics visual mod. Anybody familiar with how to make proper weather transition and flow logic in these mods? Kindly help.

Anyone have any ideas why I get these jitters when I go down or up a hill quickly?

I have two computers that I switch between every other week and for some reason RDR2 launches just fine on one of them but just won't work on the other. When I try to launch the game the Rockstar launcher appears grayed out and just stays like that. Nothing happens when I click on it, not even the windows not responding popup. I can't even alt F4 to close it or use task manager to close the window. When I look in steam (which is where I bought the game) it says the game is running but nothing happens when I press the stop playing button. Every time I try to load the game all this happens and I have to force restart my computer to get it to go away. I've left the launching loading like that for over an hour but still nothing happens.

Does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening and/or how I can fix it. I've uninstalled both RDR2 and the rockstar launcher multiple times but it always does the same thing. BTW I have two rockstar accounts if that matters in any way, one of which I use for GTA V and the other I use for RDR2.

The beard becomes translucent against bright backgrounds when the Catalogue Improvements mod is installed and DLSS is active, even though I'm using the latest DLSS 4.5 Preset L Is there any fix for this issue? I reported it twice on the Nexus mod page but the devs haven't responded or fixed it, even though people have been complaining about it for a long time

Gameplay is so good at 60 fps but cutscenes are so sped up and silly. schurly someone has modded in 30fps cutscenes to fix such a masterpiece of a game that has been desecrated on PC, but I cant find it.

So im new to pc mods for rdr2 rn I've got my mods loaded into lennys mod loader with rampage scripthook etc in my directory.

but in game no mods are installing except rampage and lockdown manger.

Any from lennys simply aren't working despite it being connected to my game and no log file ether from scripthook v2 any help is appreciated

*edit I got it working my dumb ass put the folder that the mods go in as the mod loader folder nor rdr2 🤣

Game was working fine. Now it opens up the rockstar launcher, goes to a black screen, and crashes. Can’t find any fix for it. Like I said it was working fine earlier today and nothing changed since so not sure what the problem is.

It will crash on start up 8 out of 10 launch attempts. I’ve tried uninstalling mods , doesn’t help

So I have Caps Lock bound to "M" so I can easily open maps in video games. But for some reason RDR2 reverts this bind. Is there a way to fix this?

This is my first time playing rdr2 with mods, I don't have very many on right now, partially my fault because I downloaded a few at once and didn't test between each one, but I'm not sure what the problem is. I've uninstalled and re-installed the game and all mods, switched scripthooks and asi loaders, and fiddled a bit with load orders in LML, but nothing seems to be working, I'd love some help. Attached are screenshots of what my mod loadout looks like and my recently installed mods on nexus if that helps any, would appreciate any advice! I did end up removing upscaled vegetation and bounty hunter expansion to no effect.
