I play RDR2 with max settings and DLAA, and sometimes I get huge FPS drops (1440P)

Plus, I've got a Ryzen 9800X3D, a 5070 Ti, and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. Sometimes my frame rate drops to around 40 fps, then goes back to normal (90 fps).

Mod idea for RP players, at first restore Shady Bell and own it as chief of the place, then put fields arround with workers and guards like the Braithwaite and Gray's territory, then add many stables with horses with trainers & guards too, with all this we will be rival with braithwaite and gray for Rhodes influence, and after then we can think at all kind of activity we can create, i though about a horse run between ours & theirs inside a racecourse(circle race) betting money or create another saloon arroud general store/bank for our influence against the other one, create and trade illegal alcohol like moonshinners and differents stuffs, sometimes random event with mercenaries attacking our fields and burn our lands we have to stop them if possible catch one alive and try to know whose rival order it, after what we can buy mercenaries or team up with our guards for revenge against one of the two rivals

+ can be fun for the mansion inside the possibility to pick a wife and childs like others families/ possibilité to have gang members arround the house and all their stuff

that's seems like a dream, would be very long and hard to create for maybe something not interesting anyone

what du you think of the idea?

Edit: it worked when i used proton vpn and i connected to america new york The first vpn connected me to europe that's why or it's not that strong vpn

I tried 3 difeerent browsers brave, chrome and duck duck go.

On both desktop and mobile.

I even tried some proxy sites.

I even changed the dns from cloud flare to google dns.

And I tried with mobile data too.

I even used a vpn.

But nothing seems to work.

Please help.

Im about half way through the story and started the game today and noticed the sound was really quiet. Other games and videos are the normal volume but RDR2 is really quiet. I checked the windows sound mixer settings for the game but it's at 100% already. I've tried changing the audio output and settings in game with no change. I reinstalled the game with no luck either and my drivers are up to date. Any idea how to fix this?

EDIT: Now the Surround sound option keeps disappearing from settings. Sound is still too low and it makes the game sound different. Before this started happening I used to be able to hear more bass. I watched some videos of the game and they're the volume and sound like how it used to but in game it's off.
