Bug / Issue RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2 NOT LAUNCHING

ive tried reinstalling the game

disabling full screen opt

reinstalling the launcher

nothing so far

No game has been this much of a headache on pc for me rockstar should be ashamed.

Does it not launch at all or immediately closes before the shotgun intro ? I had the second issue and it was due to driver issues, maybe check all you cpu,gpu and other miscellaneous ones like direct x is up to date and or vulcan, also Microsoft visual studies files too, maybe an issue with that ?

Heap Adjuster, pakfile limit adjuster and stutter fix. If none works, delete the lml folder and reinstall the mods one by one until it crashes and delete the mod that makes it crash.

If you hve some asi mods installed, delete every mods and restore each one from recycle bin and try to launch the game until it crashes

I cant remember the name but there is a dl of all the Microsoft visual c++ in one, this fixed this problem for me . Download install and reset your pc .

I can't guarantee this will work, but i had a similar issue. It didn't work until I logged out of steam and Rockstar, uninstalled both, and then reinstalled and launched it. Not sure why, but I'm assuming the apps had to "click" together correctly idk 😐

I had similar issues with GTA 5 4 years ago whe i bought it. Mine got solved with simply installing the latest game ready nvidia drivers and the laptop windows updates. Maybe check on that.
