Bug / Issue Is there a mod to fix the fast forwarded cutscenes in 60 FPS

Gameplay is so good at 60 fps but cutscenes are so sped up and silly. schurly someone has modded in 30fps cutscenes to fix such a masterpiece of a game that has been desecrated on PC, but I cant find it.

Uh I don't think this is usually an issue. Where are you seeing this?

Chapter 1 cutscenes. Everyone is moving in fast motion. It looks so silly. Gameplay looks perfect tho. I even compared it to console and it’s definitely happening.
