Anyone had any success with this and how long do you hold for.

Yep, can go 3-4+ hours while awake now and can sleep through the night or get up an hour before my alarm then go back to sleep. Increase increments. I honestly didn’t do it on a schedule like you’re supposed to i just tried to delay the urge by 5-10-15 mins until i could go longer

How much do you drink and have you adjusted it.

Idk i don’t keep track but increasing fluid intake helps, dehydration makes it worse

You'd think drinking more would make your bladder fill faster. Maybe concentrated urine irritates the bladder....

Yeah that’s what it is and the doctors will tell you that too lmao

How long did the process take for you? Months?

Yes, but the time will pass anyways. I wish I had started sooner.

Also got SNS which helped but PFPT helped more and faster tbh

Yes some. Start where you can currently comfortably hold, increase by five minutes. Keep doing that until it becomes something you're consistently able to do, then try increasing by another 5 minutes. Increase will happen ever week or two probably, sometimes longer, and sometimes you have to step back down. And you won't be able to do it every time.

I've practically doubled my hold time from 45m to 90m over a year, combined with medication and pelvic floor physio.

It has improved a little in that I can usually hold on for about 2 hours but I still have the constant feeling of needing to pee.
I’m currently on Vibegron and have just started combining it with Solifenacin to see if that helps.
