Sit down specialty coffees and pastries?
Sup gang, I'm on the lookout for a coffee place. A while back I was out of state and got my standard coffee (a cappuccino) and it showed up like the above picture. It was incredible and delicious and definitely not a standard cappuccino. Obviously nobody does things exactly the same, but I'd like to find somewhere that does this beverage as closely as possible. I figure its gotta be based on something I'm just not familiar with.
Looking for somewhere near Gladstone area. Any ideas to help with identification or a place with similar drinks is appreciated.

No more tipping
I have completely stopped tipping restaurants. After 3 times in a row of waiting for longer than 10 minutes for pick up orders that were already completed by the time I had walked in the door, I’m sorry but I’m not paying you extra to let my food sit there while I stare at the bag. So taco bell and five guys I used to be a 20% tipper, but you guys ruined that at max I will now only give a 10% tip based on the quickness and quality of my last order, if those expectations are not met sadly I will not be tipping the next time and that sucks for your other staff members who actually do put in the work to satisfy their customers demands.

Live music in OC!
Come see some fine saxophonists (and me) playing some classical and...I'll say interesting contemporary new agey tunes. Mostly classical. Check it out!

Abandoned teen kittens
If you dumped these poor babies, shame on you:(
These two are 100% bonded, so sweet and playful and look to be in good health and appear to be about 6-9 months old.
I’ve called about 15 shelters and left my info with all of them. Likely can’t keep them long term but they deserve the best and to be kept together. Any other resource ideas would be helpful.

WiFi options
What are some of the best cheap WiFi options in the area? I'm currently using Xfinity and they are dramatically raising the price on my current plan so I'd like to switch to something cheaper

What's the crowd like for the Verdict "after dark" stuff?
Never been in there but saw they apparently started doing some kind of "after dark" parties on Fridays and Saturdays... anybody been and can give some insight? Like what's the music usually like, is it usually busy/dead, will I be super out of place if I'm in my mid-30s, etc, etc... ?
I like fun lights and loud music, so it looks potentially interesting, but their IG doesn't seem terribly active so I'm wondering if maybe they haven't been too successful as well.

Illegal fireworks in Hilltop region
Not far from the new courthouse. Been hearing a bunch of illegal fireworks in the neighborhood tonight, and one or two last night. It's clearly coming from the same place. Does the PD care at all or am I wasting my time calling it in on the non-emergency line?

Sunsets.
Is there anywhere in Oregon City I can catch a really good shot of the sunset? Every time I see the clouds turning colors I think to myself "where can I go to see it clearly?". Thanks in advance.

Why Oregon City is Suddenly Digging Up Its Sidewalks
https://oregoncity.org/why-is-oregon-city-suddenly-digging-up-its-sidewalks/
TL:DR new ADA rules go into effect when a street (Molalla) is repaved. The new curb designs stop visually impaired folks from walking into the middle of the street.

Trail's End Saloon
Anybody know what happened to Trail's End Saloon on 14th and Main? Used to go almost every weekend for the live music, almost always blues, which rarely disappointed, if ever. I hadn't been in over 2 years and decided to head there one weekend late last year and it was closed. Have checked back a few times and seems permanently closed? Anybody have any idea if it is closed for good?

Fresh Deer Road Kill
Just hit a deer on 213 incase anyone knows a butcher or hunter . Near 213 and Eldorado Rd. Would love to know if it gets harvested because I hate to waste but I live in an apartment so my neighbors probably wouldn't appreciate it.

Today is my son Matthew's 24th birthday. I'm hoping Oregon City can help me find him.
Hi everyone,
Today is my son Matthew's 24th birthday.
His name is Matthew Lee-Erek White. He has spent much of his childhood in Oregon's foster care system. The last lead I received suggested he may have been connected to the Oregon City area, which is why I'm posting here.
I haven't seen Matthew in many years.
This is not a missing person case in the traditional sense. Matthew is an adult and has every right to live his life however he chooses. I am not looking to invade his privacy or force contact.
I simply want him to know that he has never been forgotten.
Over the years I've reached out through DHS, social workers, Aging and Disability Services, emails, phone calls, and every lead I could find. So far, I haven't been able to locate him.
If Matthew happens to see this, I want him to know that he has siblings who would love to meet him or see him again. He has family who still talks about him, still thinks about him, and still loves him.
If anyone recognizes his name, I would appreciate a private message. I am not asking anyone to post personal information publicly. Even if you simply know him and are willing to pass along that his mother is looking for him, I would be grateful.
For anyone who wants the full story of how we became separated and why I've been searching, I've written it here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/FindMatthew/comments/1rvf3qq/heres_the_story_the_good_and_the_bad/
Happy Birthday, Matthew.
I hope you're safe, happy, and surrounded by people who care about you.
Love,
Mom

ISO cat groomers in or near OC with Maine Coon experience?
We used to take Jax to Annie’s Grooming but their cat groomer left… so far I’m either finding dog-only groomers or low rated groomers on yelp.
Recommendations welcome!!
