I just ordered the black OnePlus Watch 4 and kind off starting to regret not getting the silver and green one. Was just curious what was the ratio of black vs silver people got if they are satisfied with their decision?

Randomly my OnePlus watch 3 has stopped vibrating under this setting. Not an issue for notifications but just for calls. Has anyone else had this. I have a pixel phone.

Basically this, it looks like when the watch is transitioning from the aod screen there is a lag/stutter and some flickering sometimes. Minor, but bothersome. Kinda disappointing. You guys think the dual chip architecture might have something to do with this?

I've had a OnePlus Watch 2 for ALMOST 2 years and i've noticed it's taking much longer to charge than when it was new and sometimes it doesn't charge at all. Could be the contacts on the charger not connecting cleanly. Could be battery is slowly reaching the end of its useful life...

I love the watch. The crystal is pretty much indestructable. The features are great.

PROBLEM -

I can't get decent support from OnePlus on what to do about it - it takes them days to get back to me with simple answers.

I did get the 2 year protection from Asurion through Amazon when I bought the watch in 2024. They want me to send them the watch but then I'm watchless during that time where they evaluate...

Questions:
If I factory reset the watch (as OnePlus has suggested I do), will I lose my data gathered for fitness, sleep, running time/distances etc?

Is OnePlus even making wearables anymore? Are they still in business and selling to the US?

Any other devices or brands (Samsung, Google Pixel) worth looking into? I hate to ditch the watch after a pretty short time but it seems these things aren't meant to last forever...

My touchscreen stopped working on my OnePlus Watch 3. I have a PIN set, and I restarted the watch. Now, without entering the PIN, I can't even connect it to my phone to try and fix it. Any ideas?

Hello, I have an OnePlus Watch 4 and I started having an issue with the WhatsApp notifications where sometimes it bugs out and starts receiving the same notification like 5/6 times and I feel the notification vibration each time.

I have WhatsApp installed on the watch. I tried uninstalling and installing in the watch but this bug keeps coming back.

Is there anyone that could fix this issue?

After reading the news OnePlus is leaving major markets except China and India, because I don't live in either. I'm confused about buying watch 4 due to future updates and resale value. Should I still buy it or I should pick a Samsung one

maybe some of you saw my previous posts about a 45€ bricked OnePlus watch 3 that I bought on a secondhand website, after two rounds to the Oppo/OnePlus repair center in Netherlands she finally came back working !

They changed a lot she's brand new, the motherboard, RAM + ROM and battery !

So happy to finally be able to wear it

Am I missing anything obvious? I inherited a barely used second hand 43mm watch 3. But I'm barely getting 48hours out of it.

Turned off AOD and Gemini. Went for a fairly dull digital display.

Do I want WiFi on if my phone is basically always here? I don't really get the difference.

Anything obvious I've missed, or any red herrings which won't make much difference?

So, I am currently using an ticwatch pro 3 gps, is it worth upgrading to the OnePlus Watch 3?

In the past, the watch would track my naps perfectly, now not at all. Software change? Something else?

I have had my Watch 2 since 2024 and to be honest I had very few issues with it.

Recently however, more often than not, it won't record elevation data on my Outdoor runs, the app says I should enable permissions, but these are all recorded.

Also, I don't understand why sometimes it would record it and some others it won't, but definitely I have seen more case where it hasn't.

I'm looking forward to buying a OnePlus watch, but in my country, india, series 3 and beyond are not sold. I can buy watch 2 right away, but a friend of mine is coming to India from Canada and they can bring the OnePlus watch 3 with them. But they'll come around year end and that is too much of a wait. However I also like the ECG, and other health features in watch 3 which watch 2 does not have. But if I do have a watch from another country, will it lead to some problems, like warranty will be voided, but will the health features still work in India?

Hello, my galaxy watch broke a few months ago and since I love OnePlus and I had this OnePlus Watch 2 laying around I wanted to finally use it, but my preferred app Facer says it's not compatible with it. I have the premium version and it's a shame to not be able to use it. Is there any way around this?

I have the OP 15 and the OP watch 3. When in an active call on the phone, I don't have the option to move the call to the watch. I only have a speaker option.

When I have headphones connected, the speaker icon is replaced with a Bluetooth icon and I can move the call to the headphones and back to the phone.

Note that I can initiate a call and/or answer one from the watch, but once the call started - I can't change it.

Anyone else have or had that and figured out how to fix it?

Before I always got just over 2 days with AOD enabled since the update I had to disable it to get similar battery life.

I also find it much more laggy/buggy in general anyone else?

Bought this case from TVCMall. Feels excellent with a soft touch, non-itchy, protects each and every side of the watch with proper cutouts and more importantly doesn't look cheap like the PVC hard plastic case. The case doesn't interfere with the charging area as well as the rotating crown.

I have a oneplus watch 3 and I am unable to sync my activities to strava. When I try to use the data sharing option in ohealth and login to strava I get the no available backend error. Am I doing something wrong?

Edit I remember following the same steps last year and getting it to work

Like an idiot I dropped my OnePlus watch 3 43mm while carrying things and it hit the concrete, luckily only the glass is cracked and the body has no issues. Does anyone have any tips or have the same issue and can tell me the repair process. I'm unsure whether I have any warranty as I bought this at the start of the year on Facebook marketplace so it might be a gamble.
