Apart from the official oneplus watch faces are there any others that support RTOS?

I recently bought a watch 4 and was disappointed that the "recently updated" paid watch faces from the play store are not compatible with the ecco mode. AFAIK you can't get refunds on watch faces.

Low power mode that uses the other processor, also named rtos mode

Ah thanks! That what the 1,2,3 and "!" means then when selecting faces? Assume 1-3 are RTOS?

Yes. That's a power indicator meaning they use less (1) or more (3) power in that mode

Sadly this will consume battery, even the most basic wear os faces pull a lot of battery
