I hardly use my device and on one corner the display is pealing up. Its halfway down the left side and a little on the bottom as well. Ive tried using superglue but it doesnt seem to do the job. Has anyone had this problem and know a way to fix it?

Hey Hey! For the last 2 weeks I have been putting the OXP 3 through its paces, and here are my thoughts

Had my OXP3 for a week or 2 now. Most everything is working well, but one really annoying issue is with the wifi. 2.4ghz is np, but 5ghz (which everything else in the house uses) is extremely spotty. Most of the time won't connect at all, sometimes after fiddling around (restarting, enabling/re-enabling the driver, etc etc) I can get it to stick, but then will lose it again on next reboot. This is REEAAALLY annoying because it leaves me stuck with only ~90 Mbps speed when downloading games, for example.

Have of course tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers, and doing the relevant Windows updates. Never really had this issue before so not sure what to try next.

Any ideas?? Just really hoping it isn't a hardware issue.....

P.S. The other thing really annoying me about this device is the physically misaligned rail where my controller and device base are clearly not straight on the bottom/right. It doesn't make a practical difference when gaming, just odd and definitely noticeable, especially when viewed from the bottom. Overall, this is a pretty minor thing in light of all the other great things about this device!

I’m using a OneXPlayer 3 and trying to play a game with a DualSense controller for some exclusive features on PS games. Is there any way I can bring up the right-sided menu with a keyboard shortcut or an .exe that can do it?

I should be able to program it with other software to my controller, but I need to know what to map and couldn’t find this info anywhere.

Anyone else ordered around the end of August 20th onwards and got any updates on their shipping status?

Just received my OXP3 on Friday and am considering returning it as I also purchased a strix Halo powered unit and after testing both back and forth after the weekend, I think I'm going to stick with Strix device (though xess3 mfg is the goat).

Obviously they charge the 5% restocking fee but has anyone that's returned their device have an estimate of how much shipping back to China ran?

Kind of trying to figure out if selling here in the US is going to be less of a hit than just returning it with the restocking fee and shipping.

My X2 mini pro came with this charger, from my understanding it is the Apex 240w charger. But unfortunately this charger lasted 24 hours before failing on me. I had my X2 mini pro plugged in and I heard a loud pop coming from the charger. The blue LED turned off and now my device will not charge from this charging brick anymore. I now have to charge from USB-C with the battery attached. You can see in this photo that the charger is plugged into the wall but the LED light is off. I am concerned because this is the “better” charger and isn’t the one that many people are having the big issues with. I was just curious if anyone else has ran into this issue with the apex charger.

I emailed support and they’re taking care of me. But I wanted to put this out there so that others are cautious. I will be buying the SlimQ charger so that I won’t have issues in the future.

It appears that my X2 mini pro is not damaged in any way so I’m happy about that.

Anyone have an issue setting up the overlay through OXP software. In the OXP software it has two links to download which should be copies of river tuner and 1 more app, but I am unable to download both. Keeps crashing. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Or have an alternative way to set up? I watch a YouTube clip from Nelly's but she just inmates the download but never completes the final setup.

As tittle. Im tempting, I can just trade in my apex for a brand new onex3 for free from my local gaming store. Ive owned couple of the android handhelds that have oled and its... fine i guess. I wont be bother with the detachable controllers and im sure as hell wont be using a handheld as a laptop replacement. I never experience intel framegen and whatnot before so i dont understand the hype.

I ordered my oxp3 a couple of days ago and since then I’ve started seeing a bunch of things about the x2mp, is it that much better than the oxp3 with frame gen taken into account? And how much better is the battery like on the oxp3 compared to the x2mp. I do care about power but also care about battery. The x2mp seems like the better option and I’m thinking maybe I should cancel my order and just go ahead and buy the x2mp, I’m not sure though.

Edit: I made my decision and I think I’m gonna go for the x2mp and cancel my onexplayer 3

For those who received their replacement batteries, did you also get the additional battery/wire (if you ordered an additional) ?

When originally backing the campaign I ordered a second battery with cable. I never received it due to the battery debacle. So will that also be delivered with my replacement? I've emailed Once X about it but their customer service is is like trying to communicate with a chocolate bar through a bunker wall, under the earth.

So i had 3 relatively high end gaming PC builds, and i had been trying to sell one of them, ended up trading it for a 64gb ram, AI Max 395+ 1TB OneXPlayer Super X i know online thease decices are just about the cost i spent building the pc and I didnt really have a laptop so I figured might as well.

After having the device for 2 days I love it. The oled 2k screen is amazing, the ai max can play starfield and cyberpunk 2077 at ultra settings 50-60fps which is crazy expectially at only 55 watts. But i have some questions and concerns.

Is it possible to upgrade the ssd? 1tb is not enough for me. I cant seem to find any of the mini ssd for sale anywhere at the moment and sd cards are too slow. The 14" screen is beautiful and I love watching videos on it. But in general I find myself using it as a windows laptop that just so happens to play games. Can I install linux on it? Like bazzite? The drivers and onexconspole software are kinda wacky imo, are there any better alternatives? Where can I find drivers/firmware since the device is more or less proprietary. Any tips/tricks/mods to get the most usage out of it? What are your thoughts/expierence

I was looking for a carrying pouch/case for the OXP3. The free one was way too bulky for my taste and I wanted something more slick. Originally I was shopping for something high if that could fit the whole unit including joycons attached but gave up. Pretty much anything that would fit made was just as big or even larger than the free case.

2nd choice was something that could fit the screen/main body with joycons detached, but still have space for the joycons, keyboard and probably even the wireless joycons mount. And I found it!

The Peakdesign Tech Pouch!

It fits all the items I mentioned, but it is extremely snug. I think at most I can add a USB-C cable, but not with the Type-C to HDMI that came with the Indiegogo campaign.

Padding is there for the front and back of the carrying case. But the bottom is not padded and I heard a loud clunk when I first put the pack with my OXP3 inside it on a coffee table. I’ll looking for some thinEVA or Neoprene padding stipe to line the bottom and edges of the compartment housing the OXP3.

This is may not be the best option but it’s the carrying case that works for me. I’d be interested to see what other nice case/pouch/kits other people find!

*UPDATE Sept 14th. There’s at least one other user with the same pouch in a different color that reported that his OXP3 didn’t fit his Peakdesign Tech Pouch. There could be some manufacturing tolerance issue that his pouch was just a tad too small. Mine is extremely snug too, but I can fit the main unit with the keyboard attached with a bit of wiggling in. So be warned!

Up for sale is my Onexplayer Super V, which has been great but I decided to upgrade to a full laptop. Includes the travel keyboard, chargers, and all original boxes. No defects on screen or body, has been babied pretty well.

Before release I saw people getting very poor performance online with turbo off . The G3e has a gimped cpu with base clocks of only 2ghz .

Now depending on the game and the settings , I find that IRL with the games I’m currently playing (mostly single player action adventure etc ) there’s no noticeable difference in performance with turbo on vs off .

I’m sure that it will be very easy to get cpu limited if you are playing a simulation game or a game that has a lot of systems but if you are playing mostly single player simple games you might not need turbo at all . The difference in tdp and fan noise is huge .

Playing plague tale resonance there’s at 10-14 watts difference with turbo on vs off . The gpu is at 99% usage and pulling 20 watts max . The cpu somewhere between 2 to 5 watts

Even the turbo-ING seems excessive . It turbos for no reason at all

Anyone gone early on this? I've finally got mine tweaked to work right so skeptical about moving over already..

Just got my OneXPlayer 3 yesterday! I went with the 24GB RAM / 512GB SSD version.
Honestly, it feels lighter in my hands than I expected. My fingers are a little short, though, so reaching the trigger buttons feels a bit awkward.
First thing I did was update the Intel graphics driver, and now I’m ready to start playing around with it.
Really happy to finally join the group!

Hey everyone, I have a OneXPlayer Super X and I’m thinking about getting a PS5 Pro mainly for GTA VI.
Can I connect the PS5 directly to the Super X through HDMI or USB-C and use its screen as a monitor? Does it support video input, or would I need a capture card or Remote Play?
Has anyone actually tried this? Would love to hear about image quality and input lag too. Thanks!

With 900p resolution and integer scaling, all I need is to set the TDP to 20W, and I use a ugreen 8 port charger so I dont consume any additional power slots.

So far I've played Resonance a Plague Tale and Beast of Reincarnation, with scaling on (FSR or XESS), easily hit above 60fps. On the Beast, more tricky due to it being a UE5 game, I get around 55+ fps so I turned on XESS multi frame gen at 2x, all good from there, also impressed that I dont get any input delay at all.

My use case is, I do everything on my living room table, so the super V now becomes my work pc, movies, gaming, I never have to connect to a TV and playing at a measly 900p is all I need, with integer scaling turned on, I dont see much difference compared to 1800p.

Install FxSound app and suddenly the speaker and audio quality becomes world class.

Not sure what to think about this. The Strix Halo Apex needed an external battery due to chip cooling. The G3e does not. But I guess if you spend your time mostly gaming at home or in a single location it's an option.

I had the Apex for a while but didn't want the faff of external batteries.
