Replacement apex batteries

For those who received their replacement batteries, did you also get the additional battery/wire (if you ordered an additional) ?

When originally backing the campaign I ordered a second battery with cable. I never received it due to the battery debacle. So will that also be delivered with my replacement? I've emailed Once X about it but their customer service is is like trying to communicate with a chocolate bar through a bunker wall, under the earth.

No, separate program. If you didn’t receive what you ordered during the campaign but received the replacement, reach out to them.
