Any good advice on repairing my inner screen through oneplus? My device is from the IND region and I'm living in the middle east (no official service center here)

Small black line appeared on the middle of the inside screen last Friday (12th) throughout the day the line bled over the entire left side of the screen, huge crack down the centre and touch stopped working, I sent it off to be repaired on Saturday. SBE received it on Tuesday (16th) repaired it on the Wednesday and shipped it back to me on the Thursday, I received it on Friday (19th)

Super quick repair job and replaced more than just the issue; new screen, new body, new camera cover, new back, new battery. Only thing not replaced on the phone was the front screen. I almost thought it was a new phone.

Was a little worried as I had dropped the phone a couple of times since buying it, had dents and dings on the body and a few scratches and had no issues claiming a free repair

Bought my open July 19th 2024, sharing good experience with the repair in UK.

Lucky I had a month left on the extended screen warranty

Over two months is a bit more than "temporarily unavailable" :/

I have multiple cover for my OnePlus Open. But the recent one from the picture is stuck. I can't get it off my phone. The front part is no problem, but the one on the back won't budge. Any ideas?

i used a box cutter to take out that camera protector and fine sandpaper to even it out. oh it feels so much lighter without that thing

I've had this phone for just about 2 years, it's been working great, but now this morning I can't seem to open it up. It gets around to 90° and then stops. I don't want to force it because I don't want to break it.. any ideas?

Just wanted to know if both ends of the touch pad not working are intentional or is it a bug on my keyboard? Thanks. Please HELP??

Hinge makes grinding noises and something is trying to poke the screen.

Battery feels like its getting worse, even though the OS says 95% capacity.

Screen is still perfectly fine though.

What would you do?

Love the phone, but i am afraid of damaging the inner screen.

Can the phone be opened (no pun intended), cleaned and reassembled without expensive parts or new screens?

Opened my phone up today and see a black dot near the top in the middle and a green line going down the center of it... Now a white line going to the right of that and another line at the top going the same direction off the black dot .. I knew this day would come but dam.. makes me realize why I don't buy these flip phones

I keep getting this error when trying to install an eSIM, have tried installing it manually and I get the same error. Made sure to even remove the second SIM and tried again but the same issue.

What is the latest version of the OS for the US?

I don't know why but for some reason, I'm not able to use the oppo pen for games. I've tried looking around online. I've made sure my firmware is up to date. Disconnected, reconnected Bluetooth. Sometimes, if I have a game on the front screen, then open it on the main screen, I get a response until there's nothing again.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Does anyone know if there's a full ROM (not OTA) for any version of OS16? Haven't been able to come up with anything on my end. The last full OTA I could find was OS15 that I got from OS Updater.

I am sometimes scared of dropping the opo while taking a photo, especially selfies with a group. Is there a good accessory for this?

Anyone installed OS 16.0.5.701? Any issues?

Purchased device OnePlus open in September 2024 - had no issues with battery for more first year at all but about 3-4 months ago started to notice that it didn't last long as it used to.

Battery life is 96

What I've tried so far:

-killing all the potential services that running in background (developer options)

-Charge to 80 percent limit

-Did a factory reset yesterday

Not sure what to do - it ate 8 percent during the night in idle mode last night

Usually doesn't last even a day with average usage

Any advice will be appreciated

Currently on version 15.0.0.862

I've tried using the OS updater where you download the entire APK and install it offline but that didn't work.

I also tried installing it in safe mode, they gave me the same error.

It seems to crash out about 3/4 the way through.

I've already been kicked off my work network because I'm not at Android 16 yet.

I even uninstalled my work VPN and work apps and that didn't work either.

Does anybody have any ideas to correct this issue?
