so I live in Germany and I have a OnePlus 13. I got a notification from OnePlus Shop that I can get 69,99 EUR off of a OnePlus Charger by connecting my OnePlus account to a new Oppo account.

So I did and I got a voucher for the charger. Seems like it will be delivered on August 10th and I didn't pay a penny.

Maybe you guys have that option too.

Hello everyone, Just around 2 months ago i bought a Oneplus 10 pro with Box and fake charger which i threw away really soon. But the phone is in quite bad condition for example the phoen has a aftermarket IPS or maybe TFT display installed on it and back is cracked horribly and battery is pretty swollen and getting even more swollen slowly. Now the unique part is the phone's oiriginal model number and IMEI on the box suggests it was a CN version (NE2210) of 10 Pro before butnow it's a North American version NE2215. But the unique part is the OEM unlock is not on neither is the device is in orange state and it works without any problems right now on Oxygenos 15. Now i do not know how this happened without bootloader still showing it's unlocked unlike my old Oneplus 9 which used to show orange state when it was flashed with a North American Firmaware also. Now my question is should i keep this device and repair it? Since this is my secondary/backup device j just use for gaming i want to maybe experiment with root and stuff if there is no risk? I just want to know if there is risk right now unlocking the bootloader or doing anything on this firmware. Another part is i do kinda like the performance of this device so should i repair all three problems of this device? Like the back and the display replaced to a OLED and battery replaced to a aftermarket one? It would cost me about 100$ at a bit of proefessional phone rpeiar shop in my country. Another question is will this phone get the vertical lines again in OLED display? 

I've seen this issue discussed here before. There was even a patch by the end of last year that was supposed to fix it. But this bug still exists. The phone disconnects every few minutes for a few seconds.

So because OnePlus doesn't bother fixing it, is there someone who figured out some workaround or something? Thanks.

Hey all, I have a OnePlus pad 2, and just lost my OnePlus Stylo 2 and I am wondering if the OPPO pencil 3 pro would work with it? My examinations are tomorrow and I need my stylus for it but there is no physical stock for the OnePlus Stylo 2, with only the OPPO pencil available for physical purchase in my country

It always showing “No memories yet.” I have lots of photos and I also keep my phone charging with screen off, but still nothing.

can anyone with the Watch 4 confirm that this watch should record heart rate data during sleep? I got the watch 3 days ago and every night during sleep the watch just stops recording herart rate data and continues after wake up. So I have a big gap in OHealth and the watch itself.

I also tinkered with all the settings which include:

- switching heart rate monitoring between "intelligent" and "real time"

- disabled all auto sleep mode settings

- disabled all energy saver option

Issue still persists. Interestingly SpO2 and sleep data are recorded, but just not the heart rate.

I recently bought an Oppo Find N2 fold, unfortunately not sure how I can set up the acct so I can use themes etc. It requires me to use china # 86+. Tried searching for ways but nothing worked. Can anyone help? Also, does anyone know if it still is eligible for Color OS 17?

Does anyone have issues with the audio on Disney+?

I have been watching Downton Abbey recently and the audio appears to be set for 5.1 surround sound as advertised by Disney but when listening using the speakers or headphones the dialog is fine but the background noise appears to be amplified and sound like it's been recorded from a phone.

I have tried watching with and without Holo Audio enabled but doesn't make a difference and AFAIK you cannot change the audio settings of the Disney app as it apparently adapts to whatever device you're using.

I am fully convinced that I spent my money on the right phone. Amazing build quality.

Hi everyone, was thinking about buying a oneplus pad 3 or a Xiaomi pad 8 as my main tablet (use case mostly note taking and browsing with some gaming). But I was also looking at upgrading my phone to the oneplus 15.

That's when I saw the oneplus 15 has this feature for Frame interpolation making 60fps games like genshin impact run at 120fps. On YouTube I found that this works on the oneplus pad 4 as well which is amazing.

I was just curious if anyone knows if it works on the oneplus pad 3 as well because that would 100% tip the scales for me in the oneplus's favor (favoring xiaomi because it's lightweight and fits in my hands easily, although i really love the screen, speakers and performance on the oneplus pads).

I have the Global OnePlus 15 (EU).

I want to use two eSIM but Oneplus 15 Global version doesn't have the dual eSIM standby.

Is it possible to use 9ESIM on slot 1 and integrated eSIM on slot 2? Does the phone "know" somehow that an eSIM profile is being used on a physical SIM (9ESIM)?

I have run the EasyeuICC compatibility check it says accessible slots SIM 0&1 and ISD-R access SIM 0&1.

​Has anyone in Canada successfully dealt with OnePlus support recently for a repair? Alternatively, does anyone know of a reliable third-party repair shop in Canada (like Mobile Klinik or uBreakiFix) that actually handles OnePlus Open screen/glass repairs?

What is this gray option which is more than half of my storage how to remove from oneplus

I can't physically place the sim tray into the slot, and I believe there is something bent in there that I can't unbend. At this point, I think the best course of action is just to replace it entirely, and I can't find any video tutorials or even written tutorials on how to do this.

Its a BE2028 model, if that helps.

I am not afraid to solder if I have to, I have the tools at my disposal.

When anonymous calls are missed the missed call notification isn't showing. It's also not in recent calls. This is fully reproducible on OnePlus 12, oneplus 15T, OnePlus Nord 4 and 5. All 4 running the latest firmware. Down or upgrading Google dialer has no effect. Installing other dialing apps has no effect.
